I contacted Trinity Kitchen and Bath (Justin (Sensitive Information Hidden)) trying to locate parts/cabinetry for our 20-year old kitchen cabinets. Justin took the time to walk me through trying to identify the cabinets we have. He then provided me a name who just might be able to help. I contacted the individual and he IMMEDIATELY called back and scheduled a visit for the next day. Four repairs were made (including a raised panel that was separating from a Lazy Susan) - everything was done to the highest standards. Our cabinets are like new again. The end of this story is that Justin just followed up with me to see if I was successful in getting the repairs made. Hello. I contacted Trinity Kitchen & Bath on December 18, 2023 looking for someone to come and repair my broken kitchen cabinet. When I called, I spoke with Justin which turned out to be a blessing. As owner a of the company and with an expertise in installments not repairs, Justin could have turned me away; however, he did everything possible to help me. After sending him pictures of the cabinet, Justin worked diligently on researching the parts I needed and putting me in contact with a repairman that knew exactly what needed to be done. Trinity Kitchen and Bath owner Mr. Justin Becker helped me out in getting kitchen cabinets parts for my 9 year old kitchen. He is so professional and understanding on what I needed. Parts that I can’t get from Lowes or Home Depot.

Have worked twice now with Justin to obtain replacement doors and a drawer front for my kitchen cabinets. Even though in each instance it was a small order, he was prompt, responsive and diligent about making sure that the replacements ordered were the right size and compatible with my existing cabinets.

Trinity Kitchen and Bath Review We own a rental house whose kitchen cabinets are original to the 1954 home. There is limited counter space and storage space in this small kitchen but our budget prohibits replacing all the cabinets. We wanted to find a cabinet store with a knowledgeable salesperson who would help us solve how to increase storage and get a bigger work area next to the stove. Trinity Kitchen and Bath is favorably mentioned in Washington Checkbook’s Spring/Summer 2022 issue. We gave them a call and spoke directly to the owner, Justin Becker. What a consummate professional he is! Justin spent well over an hour on the phone with us brainstorming options, looking at pictures of the kitchen on Zillow and suggesting a very creative solution to our situation. It is so refreshing in today’s Big Box world to work with someone who is extremely knowledgeable, very caring and really tuned in to a customer’s wants and restrictions. We will most definitely order a cabinet from him and a pantry as well to solve our problems. Both will be ready in only 6-7 weeks. That is a far cry from the months many people wait for their kitchen cabinets to arrive. We will write another review when everything is installed and let you know how very satisfied I am sure we will be with his Kraftmaid custom products. And, what was the charge for an hour of his time on a Saturday morning??? Nothing. Just please review our experience. We are very happy to oblige.

Justin went out of his way and spent several hours helping us come up with a way to replace undermount kitchen sink with a farmhouse sink. And saved us tons of money. We had other people come to our house who either suggested expensive options or said can't be done. Justin could easily understand the configuration speaking on the phone and took the time to explain the simplest option. This option meant ordering less parts from him. I had cabinets installed by a contractor years ago 2003 and Trinity (Justin) knew exactly what I had, based on the product identification information. Justin knew where to direct me to locate the information and provide. He also was familiar with my style of cabinets so he could order replacement pieces correctly to match. He worked with me remotely and taught me how to properly measure my kitchen cabinets. He even hand delivered some of the pieces himself to my door. The most important part of their service was to figure out how to replace a full cabinet above the refrigerator that was too big for the new refrigerator. They ordered a smaller one to accommodate the new taller refrigerator.

Loved working with Trinity Kitchen and Bath. Justin was awesome! He was easy to work with and communicate with. Our cabinets were finished earlier than expected and he drove to Ohio to pick them up. Great quality cabinets and a great experience!!!
