Houndstooth Carpet Cleaning

I booked them for a service after using them for years. The man showed up 45 min late and refused to complete the service because I requested that he wear a mask while in my home. I am 7 months pregnant and have a high risk child and cannot take the risk of having anyone unmasked in my home. He told me that he did not believe in wearing a mask and refused the service and left. I called the company and they advised me that her was th ONLY PERSON IN MY AREA TO DO THE SERVICE! So now I am left scrambling to find another company. Horrible way to do business. And the lack of respect for my health and home is completely messed up. Will never book with them again!

Donot use this cleaning services will run over you house in about 30 minutes charge $100 but they don't do good job. This company used to be good company. The man that used truck mount will do very poor job and he very rude person and and don't care all he wants is $100 payment. YOU DONOT WANT THIS PERSON IN YOUR HOME.if call owner he doesn't care. Save you self this headache because you will not satisfied will out of $100 in process.

I hired Houndstooth Carpet to come out and clean my upholstery and carpet. The upholstery was not cleaned to my satisfaction and they agreed to a $100 refund. The technician that serviced my home put two holes in my wall. I was only notified of one hole in my hole while he was onsite. I called Houndstooth to express my displeasure with the service provided. I've used Houndstooth since 2005 and have never experienced an issue. They offered to repair the holes in my wall but ONLY if the technician came to my home the first time was allowed to do it. Based on the quality provided by this technician and the non-disclosure about the 2nd hole in my wall, I told them that I was uncomfortable with this technician coming back out to my home. They insisted that I could only use this technician after I repeatedly shared my discomfort.
