Flaherty's Flooring America

We had Flaherty's replace our wood floors after water damage from our icemaker. With the open concept of our home and wood floors in the kitchen, we had to replace the flooring in adjoining rooms as well. Flaherty's was able to give us a product we loved at a price that would allow us to extend the wood floors into three more rooms - making the entire downstairs hard surface. Thier installer, Kevin, and his crew were a pleasure to work with. We had a "bump" along the way when it was discovered that the manufacturer mislabled the last eight boxes of wood. This set us back a few days while trying to find enough of the product to finish the job. Flaherty's manager called me personally to keep us up to date on the resolution of the problem. I would definitely use Flaherty's again.

Showroom staff was extremely knowledgeable and helped select appropriate flooring for the room. Patrick, the owner, came out to the house to do the measurements. Will not get into the details here, but I had strict requirements as to when the work needed to be done, and the scheduling people moved things around to meet my dates. The workers assigned to the job were very professional and considerate. The job was to remove old carpet, and cover the concrete slab and adjacent tiled floor with laminate flooring. Extremely pleased with the results, and I would not hesitate to call on them again or recommend them to others.
