Lippert's Carpet One

Five stars for the Grants Pass Lippert's store for the flooring job completed for us July 26, 2019. Dennis was professional in his role of advisor/salesman/service coordinator and maintained steady contact with me throughout the job so that there were no surprises or snafus. Dave and Rick showed consummate skill and experience in their installation of carpet upstairs and engineered hardwood downstairs; their decades of experience were evident in every careful cut. They were considerate of our comfort and convenience in the midst of the construction process, and their camaraderie and humor made the time fly. All that was promised was delivered, with no surprises when it was time to pay the bill. My sincere thanks to these three people for the gorgeous new flooring in our home.

Thank you to Scott Preston for his guidance through choosing the perfect carpet for our home. Scott knows his product and simplified our process. He helped us pick the type and design we discribed to him at the beginning. From our first meeting to the installation he was informative and prompt. I have recommended Scott Preston and Lipper's when friends have admired our new carpet! Installers Wayne and Elliott we're great! have always have excellent service Dennis is always very helpful and is always helpful to what we what and need Lippert's are the only one since the early 80's to do the flooring in this house and we have always been please with all the work we have received from them
