Worst oriental rug store; run!! They will quote you low and then charge astronomical prices for cleaning claiming it took more work to get the stains out. I took a rug in that came back with more stains than when it went in and it took months to get it back! It appears they may have used it first and then rolled it up and gave me without ever cleaning it. Dirtier than when it went in and charged me over $500 to clean it! I tried to upload before and after pictures, but for whatever reason it is not taking them.
