You see the big box stores are like today's airlines. They have all sorts of hidden fees like charging for a measure or estimate. That raises the overall cost. And when they do go to your house for a measure, they don't see all the issues you need to be aware of before making your selection. Although a big box stores is large, the space for displaying flooring products is small. So you will only see a small selection of flooring currently available. Our showroom is much larger, with samples of all the latest and technologically innovative flooring products. Plus we also have an outlet warehouse filled with flooring.
