I ordered the Laguna Outdoor Sisal Polypropylene Rug in Slate with the Serged edge border for my outdoor entry . It was so easy to order and was able to have it made in any size. It was delivered quickly. I am very pleased with the quality. It looks great and is nice to walk on. It also works well for wiping feet. I really like the fact that you can order a sample of the carpet and the border to see prior to orderi I liked the first outdoor mat so much, that I just ordered 4 more in different sizes for all my other exterior door entries. I am very pleased and hope they stand the test of time.

I purchased two large custom sized sisal area rugs from Sisal Rugs Direct and received them in 2021. Within 6 months both rugs developed a green, fowl smelling mold growing on them. I had to dispose of both rugs! I contacted Sisal Rugs Direct to talk with their customer service department about the mold in my rugs and all they offered me was a 10% discount on replacement rugs. Unbelievable! An offer to discount replacement rugs for the garbage rugs they initially sold me is not the correct way to serve a customer who spent a couple thousand dollars in garbage rugs. Do not purchase from Sisal Rugs Direct!
