The Rug Rack & Home Décor has entered its 15th year in business! We just recently reached another anniversary! Our business has really grown and changed over the years and we are now researching and finding more unique one-of-a-kind area rugs for our customers. We are Chattanooga's Premiere Area Rug Store. We are a member of the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce, BBB complaint free member, and 3rd year Seal of Satisfaction recipient winner. Our client base is becoming more broad, challenging us to seek new suppliers with a wider variety of products. Keep us in mind when you need or hear someone who has a need for an area rug- the larger and more unique area rug challenge the better!At The Rug Rack, we are a full service retail area rug and home decor store. Our services begin when a customer enters the store, usually looking for a rug. We listen to the customers needs regarding size, color, design, and budget. We are happy to extend our services into the customers home beyond this point to see all of the existing decorative elements and places in which rugs are desired. Obtaining fluidity from rug to rug or room to room is important in multiple rug placements and we can help you with that! We have a program to assist Interior Designers with their area rug needs. Miriam, co- owner, spends much of her time perusing rug warehouses of various vendors to find the perfect fit of any variety of hand knotted rug need. Her previous knowledge with fabric and window coverings has given her a great advantage to learning and understanding the ever growing and changing design industry. With upwards of 35 vendors, the options when you come into The Rug Rack go far beyond the four walls of our Chattanooga storefront location!
