AZ Pool Resurfacing

I hired these guys to replace our old worn our carpet at our business location and could not be happier with the entire experience. They were on time, moved a ton of furniture around, and did an amazing job on installing the new carpet at a very competitive price compared to other carpet companies. Adam, their customer service manager, came while they were installing the carpet to make sure everything was going well, and then followed up in person to look at the end result, and to make sure we were happy with everything. Very hard to find companies with this level of customer service, value and performance! Highly recommend them to anyone!

Carpets of Arizona is a growing company. That is a good thing, but there can also be growing pains. I had a houseful of carpet installed by Carpets of Arizona 9 months ago. There were just a few places downstairs where some seams showed. I was told a follow-up inspection would come back to check up on the carpet, but my inspection got lost in the mix. Jerry, the owner of Carpets of Arizona, saw my previous review and personally came out to assess and photograph the seams. He sent his son and the carpet installer to make the repairs. His son told me he has been working on a system to ensure he gets back to people on time because there has been so much company growth and some people fell through the cracks. I can understand that. It is legitimate. The most important thing is Carpets of Arizona did come out right away, and they fixed the carpet right away. They have also promised to come back if there is ever a problem in the future. Thank you Carpets of Arizona.

We have a 60 day follow up process to make sure this doesn't happen and we dropped the ball this time. We understand that there are problems from time to time. I don't want to excuse the problems I want to make sure everything is done correctly.

I try supporting local companies but this one I cannot. I had a medium sized job of about 800 sq. ft. of carpet to be removed and replaced. Was told this would be a one day job, they sent one man to my house. This job took him two full days to install and their worker left the old carpet and scraps on our driveway for an extra two days after the job was finished (claiming he'd be back in the morning to pick it up). The worker also broke a piece of wall art, which he tried hiding from me, that the company claimed they would replace but never did and left garbage from the install in one of our closets. Their "professionalism" is subpar at best, considering after bringing this all up to them they eventually disappeared from contact. I'd recommend using one of the many other local companies.

I'm very sorry to hear this. I wish this was something I could fix. It's not uncommon for jobs to take longer or to lose an installer due to injury or illness. However, there's no excuse for anyone to ever leave garbage out in front like that.
We do work hard to provide a 5-Star Experience. In spite of our best efforts we fail at that from time to time.

Cheryl at Carpets of Arizona was wonderful. She coordinated the removal of my tile floors and had her installers lay my beautiful new luxury vinyl plank floors within a few days. The whole experience was completely stress free and every person I interacted with was very professional. Cheryl really listened to my needs and came up with great recommendations that were within my budget. I would definitely use Carpets of AZ again for any future flooring needs.

All I can Say is WOW! - From Start to Finish the company sets out to impress. Being a Real Estate Professional and noting the importance of launching a home on the market with it's best impression coming out of the gate , this is the ONLY carpet company I know of that HELPS make that HAPPEN! Carpets of Arizona was so courteous and helpful when we needed new carpet installed in my father-in-law's rental property. They handled everything from start to finish with professionalism and with constant communication. Not only that, they allowed us to take advantage of their real estate program and agreed to wait for payment at the Close of Escrow. I would highly recommend them.

We purchased a home that needed new carpet throughout. Our representative came to our house and provided us with a great deal on a roll of carpet to have installed by our installer. The installer couldn't complete the job so Carpets of Arizona stepped in and finished the remaining rooms. We couldn't be happier with our new carpet and the support that was provided.

I had a great experience working with the people at Carpets of Arizona. They completed 3 bedrooms at my new home: two with wood linoleum and one with carpet. The rooms were completed in timely manner (one day) including moving the furniture in/out, replacing the baseboards. When there was a minor measurement discrepancy the owner ( he views all jobs upon completion) made it right. Our saleswoman was very helpful in making sure we got the right floor covering by bringing samples and later meeting us at the showroom and pulling several options to compare for look and price. She was good to remind us of possible maintenance issues. I wish the staff there the best and glad I used your service.
