We used Expert Closets to customize a walk-in closet. Being very satisfied, we called on them again to create a laundry/mud room. Everyone we dealt with was very accommodating, provided personalized customer service and high quality workmanship! Very happy with the outcome of both projects!

Expert Closet staff are so professional and experienced! Have had several closets and storage cabinets done by them and will have two more to do soon. I would not use any other closet company. And they are the nicest people. Five stars !!

I had a walk-in closet built as part of a room addition. This company installed organizers. It was a headache working with h the contractor to get the closet organizing configuration and materials. Plus it was expensive to have the contractor do it. Fortunately I found Expert Closets. They did a fantastic job. Well done, professional, courteous service. Personalized options within budget. Came prepared, worked efficiently and easily made adjustments. I am fully satisfied with the outcome. Got estimates from big box stores kits and this product was higher quality and less expensive installed. I would highly recommend them and I am especially pleased I was able to support a local owned business and got a superior product that I’m very happy with. I’m going to recommend this company to my contractor too.

I can't emphasize enough how great this company is. Was thrilled with their design, pricing, quality and installation. What differentiates them for me is that I had a problem with one draw two and a half years after the installation. Once I called them, they immediately responded, scheduled a tech and emphasized they warranty their work. They came out, fixed the problem at no cost. No one provides this quality of customer service today. They are awesome!!!! So pleased with them, would highly recommend them.

We had Expert Closets design our master bedroom closet and a kitchen pantry. Their design service was very responsive to our needs. The installation was quick and efficient. I have allergies so I especially appreciated that they have an option for low VOC material. Our closets and pantry look great and they keep us well organized.

I interviewed 5 companies for my closet expansion project. All of the companies were professional. This company was the only one who was willing to use my existing system and match it with his system. the only difference was that the edges of my original system were rounded and Mark's were straight. Not one person I have shown it to can tell the difference. The fact that they were willing to use my existing system saved my thousands of dollars. He and his staff were timely, communicated well, professional and hard-working. They did an excellent job and even cleaned up afterwards.

I hired expert closets in June 2016 to build-out one walk-in closet, two reach-in closets and to add bike racks in the garage. Michael Sullivan was my person and he was great. The initial consult went very well. He had good ideas, listened to my ideas and needs and came up with a great design. He then sent over the drawings for me to review, edit and approve. Then he and others did the actual works. It all came out exactly as planned and the quality of the material and the work is fantastic. I recommend them to my sister-in-law and would definitely use them again. He was very professional, organized and on time. He did what he said and there were no surprises. I later wanted to change a couple things and he came back (in the near term), and quickly made the modifications. I wish every business operated the way that Michael and the people at Expert Closets do. THANK YOU!!!

Turned closets from ordinary to extraordinary. Mike served as consultant, designer, planner and installer...best we've ever experience. Completed many projects with skill, on time, half the cost of name competitors, and with the care and involvement we were seeking. We could not have been more pleased. Mike and his team were a delight.
