We are thrilled with the new master bathroom makeover provided by Paul. A down-to-the-studs update transforming 1984 into 2017. Project involved everything: re-plumbing, tile work, electrical, drywall, retexturing, painting, cabinetry assembly and install, shower pan formation, pocket door and barn door hanging, trim work, everything. Paul & crew did it all. And very easy to work with. Worked directly with us, and with our designer Julie, no problem. As can be expected there were inherent supplier delays and hiccups with materials. There always are. He took all of them in stride, and was flexible with his scheduling to accommodate the unanticipated twists and turns of the project. Always accessible and responsive. An eye for detail. Was eager to work the final 'painter's tape punchlist' of nit-picky finish details we wanted done. We couldn't be happier with the results. We've worked with a number of major reno contractors over the years. Working with Paul was our best experience to date. We do not hesitate to recommend Paul and company!

One year ago when we decided to install hardwood flooring we called Paul Horvath at All Pro Tile and Flooring. He responded quickly and his estimate was competitive so we decided to use his company. The hardwood installation was on time and well done. However, the original finish was not to our satisfaction. After several attempts to get it right, Paul sent a second finisher to correct some areas of dissatisfaction. The second finisher did a good job, with one exception, in our entryway. He said he would come back and fix it, but continued to set appointments only to never show up. He never cancelled, return phone calls or texts. He just went "MIA". Finally, I called Paul and asked him to come and look at the issues we were having. Paul never came back to our home, he just sent the original finisher to fix the floors. He led me to believe that it was his company and the finishers worked for him. Not true - he and the original finisher were "partners". Eventually, the original finisher came back and completely re-sanded, re-stained and re-finished the entire job. He worked nearly 2 weeks to get it right. Not once during the last 12 months did Paul ever call or come to our home to make sure we were satisfied, even though I requested that several times. And, never once did he tell me that Mark (the original hardwood finisher) was his partner, not his employee. Had I known that I wouldn't have kept calling Paul - I would've dealt only with Mark - who did a great job the second time around. In the end, we got what we paid for and Mark, the hardwood finisher, stood by his work until we were completely satisfied. Sadly, Mark is no longer with this company.
