They are the absolute worst company possible to deal with. I should have known when I saw their BBB Rating & Accreditation was an F. They came out to install my quartzite slab in the pouring rain, while also scratching a massive circle in it. They couldn't put any sealer on it due to being wet. So they told me that I would have to apply it myself once it drys. When your paying a company 3K to install it for you, you would think that they would have done that themselves. To make things worse I had an extra slab that was left over. They told me that they would store my slab for me while my basement was getting finished as I was going to use the extra piece for my bar top. Guess what. Slabs gone and they have no idea where it went, without a call or email or anything.

As I have replied on your other reviews, I greatly apologize for any inconvenience on your original job as well as your recent experience. As the owner of Granite and Marble Solutions I strive for the best customer service and it is clear you did not receive the experience I hope for. As for the issue with the sealer, you are 100% correct to expect that my team would apply it. As for the slab, our policy is that we do not warehouse client owned material for an undetermined timeframe. I can not speak to the conversation you had with your sales agent as she is no longer with the company. However, she should not have made such a commitment. I can only apologize for the experience you received and I can assure you that if I was made aware the issues would have been resolved early on. I am glad you gave us the chance to return your slab. It was not lost and was in fact tagged with your name. Once again, my apologies.
