I had porcelain counters installed . DO NOT let them do porcelain. It took 18 hours and there are three large chips and the fabrication on the edges is chipped and the grout is terrible . Nothing is straight or level . Not to mention they scratched my cooktop and fridge and cut my cabinet . Owner is rude and unprofessional!

The lack of customer service and support is insane. Granite planet installed $3200 in quartzite countertops into my home last may. After several blemishes and dull spots were noticed after installation it took almost a year to get them out to address the issue. I was told by the owner that his employees did not apply the sealer properly. After a 10 month game of phone tag he sent guys out to re polish the tops. When they left they applied a product that they referred to as a sealer and told me to leave it on over night. I took a photo of the can that the employee used and contacted the manufacturer the next day after I could not get the haze and dull gray appearance off my tops. THE MANUFACTURER OF THE PRODUCT SAID, DO NOT LEAVE ON FOR LONGER THAN 5 MINUTES. My counters are now dull, hazy, dirty looking, and it has been 5 days, over 20 attempts to contact the owner with no return calls. I told the office staff I have found reviews online regarding the poor communication with the company.. the response was "well those people are crazy" very rude, they are uneducated in the product that they applied and now it will not come off, with no contact from the owner.

I am extremely disappointed in the lack of service and professionalism that I received. I chose a piece of granite for a vanity countertop. Prior to leaving, I set up an appt. for the measurement and installation. When I received the estimate, not because they contacted me, I had to contact them, I drove to GP to pay for the counter top. Upon my arrival, I was told the granite was not available and had been sold. There wasn't an apology, the guy that I had been dealing with took no responsibility and just shrugged it off. I sat there for 45 minutes waiting for the owner to arrive and he never did. I asked for the owner to call me and he never did. I am in customer service. I am appalled by the sheer lack of customer service. Apparently they don't need my business, or my money. Consider doing business with a reputable company that will appreciate your business and give you the level of customer service you deserve.

I hired them for my counter install and they cracked it on the install. They did come out and replace the counter. The second install team was great.

Granite Planet was a little drive from my home but so worth it. Big enough selection to find something I loved. I had needed 2 slabs so I knew it may be difficult to find what I was looking for. Sales was helpful and not pushy. The price was amazing! My biggest fear was obtaining a long install date (as all other shops place you on a long wait at the mercy of installers) but granite planet worked with me to find a quick install date. I know have a chef kitchen with amazing countertops. I will always make this place a go to for granite as my first stop.
