Heritage Stonecraft recently replaced old counter-tops with Quartzite. Terry Obeney is Professional, Knowledgeable and Detail Oriented. Installation was on date promised and without complication. Perfect! Very pleased with final result and would highly recommend. FYI: Heritage Stonecraft's website has a "Buyer's Guide" that is extremely helpful.

Heritage has supplied and installed counters for almost all of my project for the past 10 years. Terry, Chris , David and Jen run this place like a well oiled machine and their installers are great to work with in the field. I would recommend heritage for all of your granite needs.

Remodeling our kitchen scared us so much it took a year of hand wringing before we made our decision. Based on reviews I read we went with Heritage. I have to say I think this was the least stressful, most enjoyable large project I've ever experienced. Everyone that we interacted with was awesome. They tore out the old counter top and tile quickly and professionally, and installed the new granite the same day. The tile work started the next day and took 2 days because it was way more than just a backsplash. We tiled the whole connecting bar with two columns. They had to cut every tile. They didn't just slap it up and there and make it work. They carefully aligned the tiles and cut as needed to make it perfect. The whole thing is beautiful. Not a single issue. Not one. I can't believe it. That might be because they schedule and handle every aspect. I wasn't dealing with a lot of different people or different companies. And there were a lot of little details on this project and they got everything right. The little mural behind the stove was even numbered incorrectly by the artist - and they caught the error. The didn't just blindly put them on the wall. That would have been bad. Thanks Heritage Stonecraft!!!

Heritage came out to my home, and were very helpful in answering my questions and measuring my space. Once the stone was picked, they cut and installed it within the time frame we agreed on without any issues. The cost for stone is generally high across the board, but their fees are comparable. Customer service was the best part, oh and my soap stone counters are beautiful.

Just used Heritage Stonecraft to replace the granite countertops and backsplash for my home. The work was pretty good they made a couple of errors that required me to employ someone else to fix. Not a big deal to me but then when I went to make the final payment they hit me for a 2% convenience fee that was never mentioned or disclosed to me prior. I used them because they seemed professional but at the end just trying to get every last dollar they can

Heritage Stonecraft personnel was very courteous from the first day of contact. They were very helpful with selecting the granite slabs, the complimenting accessories/trim and backsplash styles, to placement of see thru templates on the slabs for "our personal" viewing prior to actual cutting the granite. The workmanship was exceptional. Thety did exactly what was quoted and finished on schedule. The time we were without a sink and cook top was one day. The plumber was there to replace the sink, faucets, reverse osmosis water supply along with the cook top early the next day along with the tile personnel to re-do the backsplash. Everything was done with meticulous craftmanship and much pride in their workmanship, just as if it was being done for themselves......I would highly recommend Heritage Stonecraft to everyone who demands perfection. We are very pleased with our new kitchen countertops.....it has transposed our kitchen to something that we are quite proud to show off.
