About Us

We are a family-owned and operated retail flooring store. We recently celebrated 22 years in business. We sell and install all types of flooring. We treat every job like we are working on our own homes! People shop with us because of our trustworthiness, good name, and established experience. We are a Shaw-aligned dealer and also an American Home Surfaces dealer. Our Shaw products include: Anso, Caress, Clearly Chic, ClearTouch, EverTouch, R2X Stain Remover, and St. Jude Carpet Cushion. We do a lot of the installs ourselves and offer a good mix of products (and offer binding). History: Our father Earle started installing flooring in the 70s. Myself (Keith) and my three brothers started working with him on school vacations. We eventually went out on our own doing installs for various stores and contractors. My brother Steve and I opened Luce brothers in 1995. Staff: Keith Luce President 35 years Steve Luce Vice President 28 years Dave and Ken Luce master tile setters We have a small core of installers that have been with us forever.
