At the start of our project (kitchen/bath counter tops and backsplash) we were pleased working with this company. We did everything asked of us as we were not familiar with granite. On the day they came to measure for cutting they asked us to have our new faucets available. We did. Upon installation, the faucets set too close to the backplash causing you to bump your hand on the granite each time using the sink. I went to the owner and explained all the above. She didn't seem too care. I reported the incident with the BBB and the owner still didn't seem to care. All we asked was she purchase new faucets (3) for the bathrooms to fix a problem they caused by cutting the granite wrong. We eventually had to settle with her paying us $100 towards new faucets. Very aggravated and frustrating. I would not recommend them.

Had a granite countertop installed, couldn't have asked for a better place to make and install it. Very helpful, professional and delivers when they say they will. I would recommend them to anyone.

We contracted with Natural Stone Concepts to remove our 20 year old master bath vanity countertops and lavatories and install new CaesarStone engineered quartz vanity tops and porcelain sinks. We could not be happier with our experience with them. Deanna, the sales associate, who assisted us was great. She was very knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpful. Their quote was very competitive and and when we reached our agreement we were very impressed with how quickly they got our project completed. Out one day to do the precision measurements, two days later they installed our countertops. They were exactly what we had envisioned. The installers took great care to do a quality job, protect our floors and walls and fully cleaned up after themselves. Again, we couldn't be happier with doing business with Natural Stone Concepts and we highly recommend them.

We had a great experience with Natural Stone Concepts during our bathroom remodel. The entire process from selection of the granite to installation was made easier by the entire staff's professionalism and knowledge of the entire process. I was very pleased with the prompt response to my questions and requests for information, regardless of the means of communication, phone, email etc. We plan to use Natural Stone Concepts with all of our natural stone needs with all of our remodels. Natural Stone Concepts did a beautiful job for both my bathroom and kitchen granite. They were friendly and the service provided was beautiful. I appreciate the time Deanna took with me to help choose the right granite for the job. The only complaint I have about the company is the response time wasn't always the fastest. Other than that, the product is beautiful. I would recommend NSC to anyone.

We built a new home and were referred to Natural Stone Concepts by the builder for our granite selection. Out of all of the subvendors we had to deal with, Natural Stone Concepts was by far the best in every area. Customer service was excellent. Selecting granite is a daunting process and I was fearful of making a bad choice. Deanna and her team held my hand every step of the way. They even paid for the service of an interior decorator to assist me in my selection. Deanna was responsive to my every email, phone call and visit.
