I can’t say enough good things about Paragon Granite and the staff. They walked us through every step placing confidence in us, that we had chosen the right company to put our Quartzite counters in our kitchen. The gals in the front are so knowledgeable and they know their boss to a “T”. Everything happened in a timely fashion and when I called (which I did) all my questions were answered plus I was encouraged each time. Jeff is a fantastic person/boss. I can’t say enough good things about him or his business. He definitely knows what he’s doing and is in step with his front office girls …….they all work together well. Jeff arrived to measure and scope out the kitchen area to be redone. He was on time and very kind. I think he knew I was nervous and did/said everything he could to relieve my misgivings. I.e….the counter not fitting right or breakage while installing, the holes for faucet being in the right place etc. This is a business. I was never to “spot on” about “dates”. I realize that things happen and there are delays. With that being said, they were always communicating with me on the placement date and I was never left wondering on the date of placement. The guys that placed the quartzite were fantastic! I can’t remember the head guys name, but he DEFINITELY knows what he’s doing. I’d never want anyone but him ever placing counters in my business/home. Very experienced gentleman. Everything fit to perfection. Corners. Etc. it wasn’t an easy install and they did a beautiful job. Took them better part of a whole day. Very polite and knowledgeable. They cleaned up well too. My counters are beautiful and my new kitchen is my greatest joy. I love cooking and it is so enjoyable with my new counters. Very happy with Paragon Granite. They did an A+ job all around!!

Paragon fabricated and installed our kitchen cabinets , bathroom cabinets and fireplace surround. All with quartzite. All three installations were “perfect”. The best part however is the customer service provided. They helped my wife immensely and actually calmed me down by understanding my approach verses my wife’s. While all personnel were extremely helpful, Marie was spectacular. She treated my wife with so much patience.

Paragon was very professional and priced reasonably. They installed our quartz countertop, it looks seamless. Very happy with the work and will definitely use them again!

Paragon Granite fabricated and installed our granite counter tops. I was able to tour their shop prior to the the slabs being cut. I was very impressed in the quality and workmanship of their proceedure. A few days later, the installers arrived with both slabs cut to fit. It was easy to tell that Jeff's installation crew were professionals, as they all worked together very well. They installed a basin sink in our laundry room in no time. The slabs fit with perfecting. I can not say enough just how happy we are with Paragon Granite. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

We first contacted Paragon 11 years ago for a bid on a large kitchen remodel. They were very thorough, gave us great information and we felt they would do a good job. We loved how it came out! They matched the colors and seams perfectly, it all looked like one huge piece of granite. We have used them ever since and highly recommend them.

Paragongranite has been installing stone counter tops for us since 2001. They have always been very professional and install a great product for a reasonable cost. we've enjoyed working with them and would recommend them to anyone seeking to beautify their project.

Our experience with Paragon Granite was excellent. Our project was a small bathroom in an older home and the budget was not particularly large. We were interested in a quartz product, and were taken out to the yard to see what was in-stock and were happy to be able to find a product that exceeded our expectations. Paragon Granite was the fourth or fifth business we had visited and Amy listened to what our vision was for the finished product and showed us a number of options. After the cabinet had been installed, we called for measurements to be taken. At the time the template was made, we were advised that it would be a week before the countertop/backsplash would be installed. Our job was completed exactly one week later and was done quickly and cleanly. We would not hesitate to recommend Paragon Granite.

Terrible Service! They did not mess up once, or twice but three times! I hired them to do my granite in my kitchen and bathrooms. First they did not come out on the day they stated they would come out, I called them to find out they weren't coming. Then when they finally came out and installed it they messed up our new cabinets and window ledge but bashing them in and spreading glue in the interiors of the cabinets. They over-estimated the length of one counter so I could not get my new range in. They came back out trimmed it down and in the process messed up our backsplash and sides of our cabinets. They also did not polish the side of the granite that they trimmed down do it didn't match the other side. When I called to state that I did not want to work with them any longer and listed the complaints I had with them the owner told me I was a "spoiled brat" and that they did a fine job. I told him that it isn't good to ruin a relationship and he said I was just a one time customer and I didn't matter much to him. This is kind of funny because I now remodel houses and could have brought him a lot of business but I guess it didn't matter to him. If you don't want a headache I would not recommend going with them. I have contracted out lots of work and never had this kind of problem with anyone before. -Lisa
