My name is Francesco Giovinco, founder of Pro Tile Plus. I started out in the tile business in 2000, first working under the guidance of my father at his company. After a few years of working closely with my father, he saw a greater potential in my ability, and he made me a partner in his business. It was during my time as a partner that I learned what specifically makes a great company. I made the decision that I should venture out on my own and it was in 2010 that my first company Francesco Ceramic Tile, Inc was born. I learned so much while working on my own and I discovered that my interests lay in the whole project not just the tile installation.
