We did a full kitchen countertop and backsplash and it turned out beautifully. The whole process was super easy and straight forward. Got to pick which bundle of granite we wanted, and everyone from the office ladies to the installers were very nice and professional. Quick turn around and great service.

Most horrible experience we have had from the begin to end of the building a new house. When we went in to pick out countertops we were given a date that they should be installed. They ended up coming 2 weeks later and then cut the size of the cooktop wrong. They at first wanted to add strips to fix it and then said they would come remove the whole piece of granite which would have damaged my new cabinets and delayed my back splash instillation another week. Talked to the office manager and worked out a plan to pay the difference of the cooktop which was $335. They decided they would only cover $200 after agreeing to pay the difference. I have asked for the owners email or phone number on 4 different occasions by email and phone and I was told she was the office manager and she takes care of everything and still refuses to give me the information. Will not ever use this company again. They were very rude and hateful after getting half of the deposit.

Back splash installed in our kitchen, work was very excellent, performed by highly qualified men. I would recommend seeing Jill parks for any remodeling job big or small, we will let them do our master bathroom next.
