Area: Miami Beach From a global point of view the work is correct. The architect who came home was professional compare to some others. The logistic were bad though. I canceled due to the covid 19 crisis but for some reasons they showed up anyway. We let them did their work. They started to install the closet when they noticed that something was missing on the doors, so they rescheduled a new appointment 3 days later. They finally didn’t came and of course no one bother to let me know. Once they finally installed the doors, it looked good from far but the closer you get, the better you can see the defects on the doors!Not to mention a small bump on one of the door! So, I can’t recommend them.

Athya from Closet Factory did a fantastic job designing our closet. She gave us great ideas on how to better store all of our clothing accessories etc. We are extremely pleased with the look and the craftmanship of our walking closet. The installers were very professional and meticulous. I would deffintely hire them again.

My husband and hired closet factory to build our guest room closet, master closet and a bookcase for my husbands office. Christine was an amazing sales rep she assisted with everything I needed down to all the little details in my master closet which were a hidden jewelry cabinet and hanging clips for my boots. Melissa from their office was thorough in explaining the process and set up all the appointments necessary with our condo association and made sure to reserve the elevators (one less thing for me to do). The installation was a four day process but Alex our installer was punctual clean and extremely helpful with any concerns we came across. We now functional closets that are amazing and beautiful!

My master bedroom closets had the standard wire racks and I had it packed to full capacity. One of the closet racks got so heavy it collapsed so I decided it was time to get a custom closet. I mostly wanted it to help organize my things and of course fit all that I have. I had a company come out to quote me. The women was very nice but when I asked questions like will all my stuff fit, she said “I think so”! I lost confidence in her. I saw an ad for The Closet Factory and decided to call. I received a call back and they scheduled an appointment with Lori Kasten. When Lori came to my home I knew fifteen minutes later I was going to place my order with her. After telling me her background with years of experience and the company’s history she showed me tons of pictures of her work. She had so many images on her iPad. It also showed all the different options with the little details and accessories available. I wasn’t aware that besides closets they also did custom garages, entertainment centers and more. The thing that really made me feel most confident with Lori was that she counted every pair of shoes I own. She even counted all my clothes and measures the lengths of my shirts, pants and dresses! She is a professional at what she does and she’s also very nice and friendly. I sat with her for over three hours and it felt like I was sitting with a friend. My closets turned out beautiful and I love them. THANK YOU LORI!

I had an excellent experience with both sales person and installation guy. My closet looks beautiful. They came at the time scheduled and got the job done very fast. This is our second time hiring the Closet Factory to do our closets, very happy client.

I enjoyed working with my designer Athya on my very small closet project. She was very knowledgeable about the company's products and designs, always listening closely to client needs and providing good suggestions and recommendations. She was easy to work with, always professional, on time for all appointments, and gave full attention to the client She went out of her way to ensure client satisfaction . I was also very pleased with my installer. I would use Closet Factory again.

I thought this kind of company comes in and tells you what they want you to do and that is not the case. Martha was very helpful putting our office ideas on paper while keeping things realistic. The installation process was painless and the installers were very professional. I will be calling them when it is time to upgrade a kitchen pantry in the future.

Martha De La Uz was able to create our vision of our wine bar and paper and make it come to life! This wine bar was no easy task as the space we had for it, was at a very tight angle and very challenging for other designers that we got quotes from. Some designers we called prior Martha, did not even come back with a quote. Thank you Closet Factory for making something out of a space that we had no idea what to do for 3 years.
