Closet Factory - San Francisco CA

We live in an old house that had basic "reach-in" closets. I thought we could do better having something built out. Marie showed up on time. Created thoughtful designs based on our needs. And was respectful of me tweaking and modifying the designs to get them just right. The guys installed the inserts in less than one day so I was able to put everything back into the closets that same day. And while I was a little disappointed that one of the rods was cut too long and wouldn't go back into place. An email to Marie got someone back out to correct the problem. So all in all, I'm really pleased with our closets and kind of wish we had done this years ago.

We worked with Darlene Marie Yeates from ClosetFactory. She was very helpful in the design process and was able to meet our needs. She also had recommendations that worked better. To meet our deadline, Closet Factory was also able to schedule installation on a date that worked. We have sed them twice. Both very good!
