Joseph met with me and went over different designs for my custom closets. He patiently explained options to me. After the design portion of my experience was completed, I was trying to get in touch with the installation department. I reached out to Joseph, and once again he proved to be exceptional. Joseph designed all the closets in our new home. He made them functional for everything that we told him we needed. The designs to the install were all seemless and happened exactly as scheduled. We were so happy with the service that we had Joseph back to design a bookcase as the focal point of our main living area. Everything came out perfect! I had a complicated closet space with uneven floors and slanted walls. Joseph helped maximize the space and delivered exactly what we discussed in the planning stages. Install required extra work to address some unforeseen issues. Joseph came in on his day off to oversee a portion of the installation to make sure it was done right and he checked in afterward. I'd highly recommend Joseph and would use him on future projects.

Joseph Pasquino designed my walk in closet with Closet Factory. I had high expectations and he exceeded them! At our consultation he measured everything first, then hand drew the layout better than any computer generated design I've seen. He had great ideas for the layout and what type of storage was needed by looking at my current wardrobe and discussing my lifestyle with me. He helped me choose the materials, color, finishes and accessories, then gave me a price less than their competition which was offering far less. I had a while before installation due to other construction projects and he checked in and followed up with me during this period. Installation was fast, neat and professional, and Joseph came by to make sure everything was completed properly when the project was done. It came out better than I ever envisioned, everyone who's seen it is so jealous and ready to move in! I couldn't be happier, and would recommend Joseph a hundred times over!
