Tailored Living of Ottawa

We are completing a custom home in Ottawa. Tailored Living was the absolute easiest contractor to deal with. The design was nearly perfect from the first time we saw it. The installation took place when they said it would. The installation was done correctly the first time. The materials are great and looks fantastic. We are already planning to have them back to do a job on our garage. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We had our master closet (a fairly large, square space) completely re-done with organizers, shelves, drawers, cubbies, etc. I will be very honest and say that this project wasn’t cheap. In fact, it cost a lot more than we wanted to spend on the smallest room in the house. We even tried to find pre-made units, but nothing we tried to configure would fit the space. In the end, it was pricey but completely worth it to have Tailored Living design and build the organizers. They were very patient with adjusting the design to meet our needs and work with our budget. They installed it in January and every time I walk into the closet, I love it even more. They did a great job and were a pleasure to work with!

From our initial meeting through the installation of several closets in our new home the customer service for every aspect of the project was great. We are extremely satisfied with the value and quality of the products. The end result are closets that now have more usable space, are well organized and look terrific too. We would highly recommend their services.

I hired Tailored Living to do a complete closet reno of our master walk-thru closet and smaller reach-in closet and found the owner, Jason, to be an incredibly honest and thorough person to work with, He provided a quote on site providing many astute observations as to ideas for better organization and left me with the design to ponder. He offered to come back to further discuss design ideas at no charge. We organized a delivery and install date and he showed up with an expert helper (Gord) on time to complete the install of the walk-thru in one day with amazing results. He took meticulous care and worked non-stop to ensure the job was done on time. He was unfailingly polite and very professional throughout the process and I especially liked the fact that he was extremely well organized and the one I was in contact with at all times. I would recommend him to anyone contemplating a similar project.

i hired Jason and his team to redesign 3 of my closets, including a complete replacement of the hallway closet to include a 24-shoe cupboard and two master closets with the addition of a 64-tie revolving rack. From the first point of contact to the final installation, Jason was always timely with providing quotes, responding to questions and offering alternate solutions. He even brought in 3 mobile racks to provide a temporary space to hang my clothes! The parts arrived earlier than expected, and I was very surprised to see the installation was completed in one day versus the two days that were planned. I am completely satisfied with the quality of the workmanship. I am already making plans to redesign the other closets in the second bedroom. I have already referred Tailored Living and Jason's contact to no fewer than ten others!

Jason was lovely to deal with. He spent a great deal of time designing the exact closet we needed for the clothes and the space we had. He made suggestions and also listened to what we wanted. He was mindful of our budget and made suggestions that were reasonable. The installation was done on time and quickly. We have not had any problems with our closet to date. We were extremely happy with our master closet . We would not hesitate to recommend this company.
