Concrete Craft of Lexington

They did not have the product even though they scheduled the job. Grinding machine was new and employee was not aware of how to operate. Grinding pad was not aligned properly which caused the entire home to be coated with concrete dust on the interior. Sealer was not applied properly which caused a delay and having to re-apply. One of the employees was verbally abusive to the home owner due to the fact he was asked to re-apply. All of these issues were brought to the attention of the franchise representatives to no resolution. If you can afford to spend $2,400.00 on home improvement you might as well throw it out the window, then spend it with this franchise.

These guys are great. They do excellent work and couldn't be a nicer bunch. The guys who worked on my project were direct employees of the company and did an amazing job. They did everything they said they would, when they said they would for a reasonable price. My floor looks like a million bucks and we could not be more satisfied. We highly recommend Concrete Craft of Lexington.

Sub-contractors are not employees of the company so if you have issues, owners wash their hands of responsibility. Avoid at all costs!
