We invited Steve from Creative Decks to provide a proposal to renovate our existing deck from wood to composite. What I immediately noticed and stood out about Steve from the rest of the contractors I approached was his response to my inquiry and the level of detail of his responses. I knew Steve was someone who is detailed, friendly, takes pride in his work, and transparent which is all the qualities I look for in a good contractor. Steve provided answers to all my questions and provided photos of past work with little pressure to commit. Fast forward, I decided to go with Creative Decks and we are extremely happy with the final product. What I appreciated the most was the open and transparent communication with pricing so you know exactly what you are getting before you commit. Steve's team (Scott & Kevin) were also great to work with. From start to finish, the entire experience was great with no hidden surprises. We've only had the deck renovated for less than a year with no issues so far but I imagine it will last a lifetime with minimal maintenance. I would definitely recommend Creative Decks for their quality of work and competitive pricing and I would definitely work with them again on any future work I may have.
