ESCO Concrete, Inc

I think their entire company is amazing and an example as how a company should run. (just for the record I am a supreme pain to work for so this coming from me says a lot) From the first time I contacted Esco they were professional responsive and all around wonderful. Danae, in the office knows what she is doing and is on top of things, they answer peoples calls or call back within the hour. They care about his business and his customers, which is more than I can say about most contractors. Esco was contracted by my pool company to do the concrete around my pool but they worked with my husband and I to make sure we were happy as we added 1200 square feet of patio. Rene came out to give us a price and then came out one more time on his own to make sure that they were ready for the install. They worked in the rain to make sure that the processes never stopped and Rene the owner even helped out to make sure they finished things before a huge storm. It says a lot when the owner of the company gets in the trenches to make sure things get done. With that said not only was it done but it was done well, our patio is beautiful and everyone we have had over comments on how good things look. Esco also helped us with a retaining wall, as they were digging for the patio our lot was very uneven and while my husband and I stressed about it Rene said he could have his guys come back the next day to fix the issue, and grade our lot. We could not be more appreciative off all their hard work. Their crew in its entirety was absolutely amazing, hard working and all around 5 star. Hope this review helps you make a decision, I would not hesitate at all to call Esco to do more work for us and I will be recommending them to all my friends that need concrete work.
