Peaceful Patios (pergola sales)

The fiberglass pergola from Peaceful Patios looks stunning. I am particularly impressed by the quality of the kit. The pergola looks just as sin the pictures displayed on the site, if anything the quality of the finish is even better. I purchased a pre-designed kit and one thing for sure the parts fit perfectly. The rafters and the purlins have holes exactly where the screws need to go in and everything came together pretty much in one day. It was a bit strange, but it felt a bit like assembling a piece of furniture from Ikea. Putting together a dresser from Ikea is annoying, but when an 18 by 22 ft pergola comes together with the same ease the feeling is on entirely different level. I had planned for two days and two workers to put the pergola together and pretty much everybody told me that wasn’t enough time. The workers were very nice, but they never installed a pergola before, let alone a fiberglass one. Good reason to negotiate for more time and sure enough I did. Boy, was I surprised. We spent the first day waiting for the truck, unloading it, and figuring to where to put the pergola exactly. In the end, the installation itself lasted less than a day. The guide was pretty much as simple as an Ikea one and the parts fit together perfectly. We ended up using the extra time fitting electrical wires through the fiberglass elements and attachments for four hanging light pieces. I didn’t even have the lighting fixtures at the time. Did I mention it is a great product? Maybe. But the service from the team at Peaceful Patios was out of this world. At various times I spoke with either Randy or Allan and both have been incredibly helpful and amazingly nice. In the past I got great products form many companies, but often little support or none all. Randy and Allen have always picked up the phone and always went out of their way to help me. Impressive. I’m trying to find the one word that would do it justice, but it’s hard to find only one to properly describe such a wonderful experience. I don’t think I’m the only one here, but as soon as the pergola was up and looking beautiful I decided to modify it a bit to extend the shade. The solution was not very far. Press the call button. And yes it worked. Once again Randy and Allan went out of their way and helped me come up with a solution that worked perfectly. I extend the purlins and covered the extra space in a seamless way. Wonderful result. Love the fiberglass pergola. No termites, no rust, no maintenance, perfect fit, perfect color, sturdy frame, and no exposed electrical wires. Not to mention the same price, or if anything cheaper than a customized wood pergola. Sure enough I already planted 6 grape vines and all 6 of them seem to be enjoying the pergola just as much. Great product, excellent service!

Incredible!! After lots and lots of research and waiting to find what we wanted my husband came across PeacefulPatios.com. From start to even after the sale the customer service was impeccable! I normally don’t write reviews (good or bad) unless something is really over the top. Our pergola was the final piece to our personal paradise. I posted pictures on PP Facebook page! Thanks Allen!!
