WHO WE ARE Sean Heil has spent the past twenty years mastering the building trades. He is an avid reader, always packed with the latest knowledge about the newest products and best practices in construction. Sean has a fine eye for detail and the steady hand required to achieve it. Maegan Heil graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts and the desire to find a fulfilling career. Her hands-on nature eventually led her to construction, where she discovered a passion for the trades and a new skill set. She now has seven years of trades experience under her tool belt. Our crew members are comprised of individuals who possess both the talent and professionalism our company demands. It's what makes us the best.
