Acre Designs

Hello, 0 Stars. We are a vendor and are looking for the storage containers we rented out to this company. There is no answer from this company. The containers are not on the original drop off location. They have been moved without our permission. They have a large debt with us and have essentially disappeared with 4x $4000 containers as well. The landlord of the place we dropped the containers originally said they took off without paying them as well. Do not give your money to this company. They are stealing from their customers and people they do business with.

This company is having financial problems and instead of being honest with customers, they just stop responding. Do not give this company money that you aren't willing to risk. They showed us a home they were building in February 2019 that was actively under construction. We loved what we saw and paid our $10,000 deposit to get started. They quickly completed the feasibility study and asked for a second $10,000 to start working on permitting. They connected us with a civil engineering company to get a site plan. However, in June, Acre stopped responding to messages when we asked to be connected with their contractor and to see the house they had shown us in February. We went to see it ourselves and they had made no progress. We found out their contractor was refusing to sign any more contracts with Acre and the clients fired Acre for not delivering on their promises. They have 3 publicly searchable financial lawsuits against them, including one that appears to be evicting them from their Mountain View office. We contacted Acre with these concerns and never heard anything from them. We asked for an accounting of the money we had paid them, no response. It became obvious they weren't in a place to build new houses as they couldn't complete the ones that already had in progress or respond to calls and emails from customers. They should not be continuing to advertise. We are considering legal action.

Hired the company in November 2018 and paid the refundable deposit. Then after not receiving replies to my emails and phone calls, I began asking for a refund of my deposit. To this day I not heard from Acre Designs, they are truly a dishonest company.
