Dana Nemes established Building Concepts in 1986 and has built an outstanding reputation as one of the finest builders/contractor on the South Shore. He lives with his wife Patti and 3 children, Dana, Brendan and Natalie in Kingston, MA. Education - 1979 - Graduated Blue Hills Regional Technical School, Canton, MA. Majoring in carpentry and cabinetry. 1983 - Graduated Fitchburg State College, Fitchburg, MA. Majoring in Industrial Arts with strong emphasis on architectural drafting, cabinet making and furniture design. Services provided by Building Concepts consist of drawing & designing new homes, additions, kitchens, framework, custom finish, excavation, and foundations to doorknobs, towel racks and doorstops. Building Concepts is a "one stop" contractor with a list of satisfied customers throughout the south shore. You can expect Building Concepts to work with clients on an open book policy. Our open book policy allows our clients the privilege to the expenses Building Concepts pays for any and all items purchased such as subcontractors, permits, materials, etc. With Building Concepts "no haggle" policy, an overhead and profit margin is agreed upon prior to commencement.
