About Us

Caliber Home Construction is a locally owned and operated residential renovation company, established in 2009. The business was created with the vision of providing superior customer service, accountability and integrity that is often overlooked in the renovation community. The goal at Caliber Home Construction is to bring to our customers a full service and worry free experience to their home remodeling projects. The owner's bring with them over 17 years of experience in the home building and the professional service industry, ranging from construction management of single family, town home and condo communities, to the completion of residential additions and remodeling.

Mike and Jon were great from beginning to end. They provided a fair and accurate estimate while giving us various options for our kitchen and appliances. Once the job started they always came to the job site and were very thorough with their supervision of their team and communication to me. I felt comfortable with their team in my house when I could not be there. Their project timeline was accurate and they would have finished early if not for an change that I initiated and was out of their control. They are fair, honest and very responsive. I highly recommend Caliber.

Jon and Mike renovated two bathrooms (down to studs) 2 closets, insulated part of our basement, upgraded our electrical system, restored 2 major areas of hardwood flooring and countless other items that came up along the way. They actually came in under budget, which was a nice surprise. Work was done on-time and on-schedule. They were very accommodating as I changed or upgraded a few things once work started. They provided daily feedback and did the work at level as if they were doing it for themselves.

Commented: Love the cabinets, which manufacturer?The cabinets are white with a chocolate glaze and the island is a mahogany color with the same glaze. Not sure if you can tell from the picture but are the doors and drawers are inset as well. Cabine...
