This is one of those services you don't know you need till you need it. We were looking to renovate/remodel some areas of our home and the first thing our interior designer needed was a house plan. We were referred to Chris and he came over promptly and measured all the rooms in our home. We received digital images/pdfs as well as a CAD file to provide to our designer. Little did I know that the CAD file he provided would be my go-to tool for all things home measurements related. I used Autodesk Viewer - which is free for viewing (all that I needed) and available on my phone and computer. Different ways I used the CAD file he provided: 1. Needed to replace our flooring - opened up the CAD file and got very accurate sq ft of the rooms being replaced 2. Purchasing rugs for a room - open up the CAD file and get accurate measurements 3. Looking to expand our media room - open up the CAD file and noticed dead space in the walls that we could open up 4. Rough estimation for countertop sq ft - you get the gist - open up the CAD file... 5. Quick measurements to see if furniture will fit in our space while at the furniture store - you get it - open up the CAD file... 6. Can we get a larger cooktop in the kitchen? Yep - you know the drill. Definitely worth the time and his services were reasonably priced. I highly recommend Chris and should we ever need another set of house plans I know were to go.

We used Chris for floor plans for our upcoming remodel and he was very responsive, efficient and the output was great! His turnaround time was quick and he was even able to do this with no electricity. I highly recommend him for your projects!
