His design incorporated everything that we wanted for the spaces and then added components that we couldn't have even dreamed of on our own. Frank was lovely to work with on our triple bathroom remodel. He is very detail oriented, creative and cost conscious. He is good about communication. We are so happy with our new bathrooms and will be contacting Frank again for our next phase remodel.

We were very fortunate to be introduced to Frank DeLoncker prior to remodeling our basement. Frank was very professional from the moment of our first meeting. He was quick to pickup on our remodeling ideas while simultaneously suggesting variations that coupled nicely with what we had in mind. Then he quickly generated drawings that helped us visualize the entire remodeling project. The project was scheduled and started on time. Each phase of our remodel was coordinated with the various contractors so that each moved forward uninhibited by the other. It quickly became apparent that the contractors who work with Frank are all highly skilled and work as a team. Care was always taken to protect floors in the house where contractors traffic moved to and from the area being remodeled. At the end of each day all work areas were left organized, clean and ready for the next days scheduled work. At all times Frank provided all needed material and products the project called for whether big or small. On a few occasions his experience and ingenuity carried the day to completion when building material was not available. The project was always progressing without delay and reached completion as scheduled. I was constantly impressed by Frank’s management of the project and the professionalism of each of the contractors who assisted him. I highly recommend DeLoncker Design & Remodeling !

Working with Frank is incredible. He is professional, talented and is always honest with his work. Throughout our remodel, there was additional work, which he responded to promptly and worked it in to his busy schedule. There were also challenges, which inherently come up throughout a remodel. Frank solved those with professionalism and grace, I could have been any happier. From start to finish Frank and his team at DeLoncker Design and Remodeling exceeded our expectations. Frank provided exceptional service, excellent workmanship, and design skill for our ceiling project. This involved raising the low ceiling in our dining room (formerly a small kitchen) to compliment the high ceiling of our living room. Frank and his excellent crew removed the ceiling, reframed the room, added new insulation, finished the walls and repainted both the dining room and living room. Frank was on the scene every day checking the work and even helping with cleanup. Thanks to his attention to detail the project was completed right on schedule. He is a delight to work with and has an excellent knowledge of construction and design. We couldn't be happier with the results and plan to call on him again when we are able to renovate our kitchen.

We wanted to remodel our master bath after almost 30 years however, it was extremely difficult to find a contractor that we could trust. After an exhaustive search, we finally entrusted DeLoncker Design and Remodeling with our project. Our decision to use them was simply based on the connection we made with the owner, Frank. When he came out to evaluate our goals, it became obvious that he and his company was the perfect fit for the project. He clearly showed that he had the skillset to get everything accomplished but it was mostly his approach and his personal values that stood out the most. Frank is a perfectionist and he takes enormous pride in himself and his work. Frank is someone that you can trust and he will not let you down. If this were 100 years ago you could do business with him on just a handshake, knowing that his word is his bond. His only goal is to make sure that you are happy with the end result. In the end, we were very excited with how our new bathroom turned out. It was truly an amazing transformation. But along the way, Frank always took time to get to know our family and we also got to know his. Several times after Frank had left for the day my wife reiterated to me “we picked the right person for the job”. On the final day of the project, Frank cleaned up and said goodbye. He had been gone about 30 minutes and I was playing with my three year old granddaughter. She looked at me with tears in her eyes and said “Papa, I miss Frank”. I quickly explained to her not to worry…that he would be back again soon. We look forward to working with Frank and his team on our kitchen remodel in the near future!!

We had multiple people come out for quotes for our master bathroom and Frank by far was the best. He spent time listening to what we wanted and our ideas. He was supportive and helpful with the whole process as well as helping to keep us within our budget. Frank DeLoncker was everything we were looking for with our 2 bathroom remodels. From the start, Frank was involved with the whole process. He had plenty of design ideas and was willing to adapt to our schedules. After meeting about the plans and estimate, he had a schedule all mapped out. There was no question of what it would cost or when it would be done. Once the work began, I had daily updates as well as pictures of the work completed and an agenda for the next day and week. Frank treated our house like his own. He made sure things were clean and orderly after the work was complete. I was informed of any sort of changes to product availabilities or delays and Frank was ready with recommendations or alternative ideas. If/when I need another remodeling job completed, I will definitely be reaching out to DeLoncker Design and Remodeling.

Frank DeLoncker and team are exceptional! It started right from the start with a genuine, friendly and caring nature and a true desire to work with us and our needs and vision for our space (the kitchen). Whereas other contractors wanted to knock down walls, this wasn’t in our plans and would have resulted in substantially more cost and no more functional space. Frank was above and beyond willing to work with us. Once the work got underway, we were kept updated at every step in terms of what was going to happen the next day and envisioned timing. Frank himself was by the house nearly every day to check on progress, etc. Again - with his genuine spirit of care and concern. Very pleased with the final product! Highest recommendation!

We had had a very good experience working with Frank Deloncker on remodeling our master bathroom. What I appreciated about Frank was his willingness to work with me, by allowing me to customize how the project was carried out. And with these trying times of obtaining materials, especially plumb fixtures, Frank had the honesty and experience to help us make choices that allowed the project to be completed in a very timely manner. Frank had the contracted indivduals for both tiling and glass work meet our expectations with both quality and timing. Overall, we were very satisfied and would use his services again.

We recently completed a basement project with DeLoncker Design & Remodeling. This extensive project started with an empty basement and it was transformed into a beautiful finished space that our family and friends will enjoy for years to come. Our project had many components including a bathroom, bedroom, gas fireplace, wet bar, board & batten wall, display niches, and LED accent lighting. We also had several custom pieces made to finish the space including a custom wood ceiling treatment, cabinets, glass sliding door and barn doors. After interviewing several contractors and design companies, we felt the most comfortable with Frank and his ability to be both the designer and manager of the project. The design and material selection process were time consuming, but we never felt rushed. At the start of the project we provided ideas and inspiration photos and Frank was able to build upon them for a truly unique space. Frank was always willing to provide feedback and respectful input into the material selections. His attention to detail is exactly what you want in a contractor and during the project, anything we pointed out or questioned was already addressed. The DeLoncker team was trustworthy, respectful and professional which was important to us with a busy household. Throughout the project Frank went above and beyond to complete the project and we are so very thankful to have worked with him and his team. We Highly Recommend!
