Choosing Garden State Modular to build my new modular home after Super Storm Sandy destroyed the one I had, was one of the best decisions I've ever made. They completed my home within nine months and the impeccable, quality finished product was beyond my expectations. More than that though was the personal attention they provided throughout the entire project. They made the whole process enjoyable, informative and painless. Garden State is heads above all the rest!

Our Lavallette home was completed by Garden State Modular in June 2014 and we were extremely pleased with our entire experience. It was delivered on time 9 months after contract signing. The 3D design tools used by Jason allow us to quickly design and envision our new home. Custom features, high quality construction and excellent customer service sets them apart from other builders. Their entire team is experienced and does excellent work. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to use Garden State Modular.

Garden State Modular designed and completed our modular home on the Jersey Shore in Lavallette. (Our previous two small bungalows were destroyed by Superstorm Sandy.) We were extremely pleased with their experience, professionalism, and attention to detail in the planning and execution of the job. They worked with us, combining our wishes and ideas, with their experience in modular homes. They handled everything, from obtaining all the necessary permits, to the demolition of the old houses, the driving of the pilings, the assembly of the modular pieces, and the building of the porches and decorative touches in the interior and exterior of the home. The house turned out amazing! Everyone slows down when they pass the house, people take pictures of it, If we are outside or sitting on the porch, passersby stop to complement us on the beautiful job they did. Any little extras that are needed are attended to almost immediately. I would highly recommend GSM for anyone considering new construction in the area.
