My experience with Genesis Builders and Charlie was excellent. He managed my expectations! His knowledge and experience resulted in a beautiful kitchen, I will love and enjoy for years to come. Charlie is a patient, honest and professional contractor. I explained my ideas for the kitchen and he went with it. He drew up plans laying out every detail for my dream kitchen. From floor to ceiling, walls and outlets, cabinets and fixtures, granite and tile, lighting and appliances etc. I never felt pressure to make a decision. He actually encouraged me to take my time. He explained how the process and progress would evolve. Charlie was very responsive to questions and phone calls. I trusted his judgement and thoughtful advice. I had peace of mind. You want to trust that the person is highly knowledgeable about the task ahead, widely experienced in their field, and honest about their recommendations for you. We maintained a high level of trust in Charles throughout our project because he communicated with us openly and demonstrated his expertise in a wide array of fields, from repointing to carpentry. When a task required additional experts, he brought in specialists to ensure a smooth process. Charles kept us in the loop continually, notifying us of trouble areas we hadn't noticed before.
