KC Properties specializes in flipping or remodeling homes in the Capitol District of Albany/Schenectady/Troy. We focus on two models. One model we have enjoyed great success is taking a small home (1k sq ft) and maximizing the space, storage to make every inch usable. These homes are generally for a first time single home buyer or a young couple expecting or with a child. Our secondary model is searching for historic homes that have been neglected for years. We open up the space and while updating we strive to reuse the classic features left behind. It could be woodwork, lighting elements, custom closets. While we update keeping the character of the home is essential. Classic and timeless are key design terms we consistently incorporate. Kevin ( my partner and husband in business) looks to help out those less fortunate whenever possible.
