The founders of Kings Remodel, Inc. have been in business since 1990 and our company owners have over 80 years of combined experience in the remodeling and renovation industry. With this experience, we are confident in our ability to provide our clients total satisfaction from beginning to end. In addition to our years of experience, our company holds and maintains a “Class A” General Contractors License through the toughest and most recognized licensure programs in our states. We also employ National Association Remodeling Industry (NARI) Certified Remodelers (CR) and Certified Remodeler Production Managers (CRPM). We are fully licensed and insured, including workman compensation and general liability insurance, as well as holding both individual and firm certifications in lead safe practices. My wife and I obtained a couple of quotes for a master bath renovation and a couple of other miscellaneous projects, budget permitting. First off, with Mike, we were impressed by the level of detail in the quotes provided. The scope and nature of the work was described in a very detailed and understandable manner. We were also impressed by the flexibility and honesty through the process. We took the initial quotes and were able to make budget friendly adjustments based on suggestions from Mike, as we were able to have open and honest conversations about what the best alternatives might be for our situation. During the early stages of the project, our finished basement flooded (unrelated to the work Mike's team was performing) and we were able to work closely with Mike and his crew in developing a plan to address the clean up and rehabilitation of the mess left behind. In every step of the process, Mike delivered on his word and was able to provide sound advice in our decision making process, as there are a significant number of alternatives presented in the course of our project. The bottom line is that Mike and his team were professional, attentive to detail, and delivered a quality product with limited surprises. We couldn't be happier with the end result, and the experience we had with Mike and his team.

Initial project comprised 2 bathroom remodels, with an add on project, providing an open concept layout for the home. From the business side, planning and communication is excellent. Very clear and competitive estimates, willing to work within your project budget and able to identify, communicate, and resolve issues as they (will) arise during the project. For project execution, very knowledgeable and capable craftsmen, that 'owned' the project from start to finish. This really make a huge difference in obtaining the desired end result and success of the project. Overall, extremely happy we selected Kings Remodel for our projects, and highly recommend their company.

We hired Mike to gut our Master Bath. The room was taken down to the studs and completely retiled, added a free standing tub, custom cabinetry, an amazing shower with a bench, nooks a rainhead shower and a hand held shower all enclosed with custom glass. Mike also made a custom frame for existing mirrors that match the cabinetry. Mike and his crew did a great job on our remodel. They arrived promptly each day, cleaned up the work area each evening and protected the floors each day. They guys were honest and nice and I had no problems leaving them in my home alone (and my dogs loved Todd.) His prices were fair and he was always upfront about cost when I was asking to add extras. I recommend Mike King Remodeling for your next project. We are very happy with our new bath.

My husband and I hired Mike for our kitchen remodel in January. Not only were we completely satisfied with the finished product, we were impressed by Mike's knowledge and professionalism throughout the entire process.
