He brings his own wonderful ideas and vision to each project as well. We added on to our home in 2011-2012. We added space to our den, kitchen and master bedroom. We built an outdoor kitchen and added storage. Mark was a delight to work with. He helped us put together plans, worked with all the contractors and helped us with every detail along the way. He has some really good ideas and is very knowledgeable in his field. We have been enjoying our new home immensely, especially the outdoor kitchen. It all turned out truly beautiful, thanks to Mark Pritchard Design Services.

Mark helped us design our home in a traditional Southern, New Orleans-style that we wanted. He was very careful with particular details that reflected the old homes in New Orleans, from mantle design to special tricks involving trim. Eight years later, I still look at some of the details and admire the foresight and creativity. He was also great to work with--very patient, professional, and friendly.

We are very pleased with the remodel job Mark Pritchard designed for our outdoor living room area near our pool. Mark developed construction plans and was attentive to our input during the design process. He was always present and checking on the contractor making sure all was going according to plans. He is very patient and kind. Thanks to Mark we are now enjoying a beautiful room which includes an outdoor grilling/kitchen area and a fireplace in our sitting area. We very happy with the outcome and look forward to many days entertaining with family and friends. Excellent work!!

Mark is the consummate professional. His skill and experience in design is without question, however, his most valuable skill is that he listens to his clients. Mark worked with us on three projects and he always took our original vision and created what we wanted while working within the constructs of engineering and building codes. Highly recommend. 10/10
