Imagine the highest rating you could give a company, then take it up a notch! We just can’t say enough good things about our experience with NEPA Builders. At the end of 2019, we approved their quote to replace our roof the following Spring. When the pandemic erupted, and we put the project on hold, Toby and Ryan were understanding, patient, and 100% focused on making sure we were comfortable. During the next three years, they communicated with us regularly, inquired about our health, popped over to check on materials and seal old nailheads, and – quite frankly – earned our trust and respect. When we finally felt good about proceeding, the project was completed in just a few days. After a thorough cleanup, you could hardly tell a construction crew had been on our property – except for the gorgeous new roof installed with meticulous attention to detail. In addition to honoring their labor quote from 2019, NEPA Builders moved quickly to secure our materials before shortages and pandemic-related price increases could impact the job. Although we negotiated terms with Toby, Ryan served as our Project Manager. Prompt, courteous, cheerful, and professional, he returned texts and calls quickly and showed up on time every time. When we realized our 30-year-old skylights needed replacing, Ryan identified the original manufacturer and sourced an updated version that perfectly fit the existing structure (no new construction needed). Just a great job all around, by terrific people. We’re already making a list of new projects for them.

We couldn’t have been happier with our experience with NEPA Builders. Everyone has heard the horror stories about going through a home remodel project and that wasn't our experience. The NEPA Builders team and their subcontractors all did quality work and were very responsive. From our first meeting we could tell they were thorough and mindful of our expectations. Toby and his crews took the time to walk us through the proposal to make sure we had everything we wanted covered in the project. Our home remodel project was a lot of work and throughout they stayed on schedule and provided us with regular updates on their progress. The craftsmanship of the work was spot on and of the best quality. They were very respectful of our home cleaning up each day. Toby and his team are truly hardworking genuine people. They made our dreams happen and we highly recommend them for your home improvement projects.

I spoke with a few general contractors before deciding to hire NEPA Builders, and I was very happy with the decision. Toby and the team were great to work with, professional and nice people. They kept me informed on all the details along the process without ever overwhelming me and made this stress free. They kept to their budget and made sure everything looked great when done, some team members even checking in later on the landscaping to make sure I was happy. I have already asked NEPA Builders to start working on quotes for my next project.

Excellent work by a group of home improvement professionals. They are very busy and some bad weather delayed the start of my project, but once they were able to begin, all their efforts were made to complete my window project. Work was not intrusive as I was home at the time of the work. Work was swift and accurate. They did a great job of cleaning up when completed as well. Would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Hail damage necessitated a new roof, and NEPA Builders LLC did a wonderful job in replacing it for us. They worked very hard to complete the project in a short amount of time so that we were not inconvenienced. They left the site clean, which is no easy task, especially because the project involved tearing off our old roof. The new roof looks great. They stayed in budget and were knowledgeable about the products, providing us with recommendations about quality so that we could choose wisely. We are very pleased and highly recommend Toby, Jason, and their team., and we would definitely be happy to hire them again.

Nepa Builders LLC Constructed our farmhouse a few years ago with Jason handling everything. He had a great crew, always friendly and worked straight thru till the house was finished. We are now so fortunate to be working with Toby to get the inside customized to our taste. He just completed an interior project that went perfectly and we could not be happier with the results. First let me say there is no one else I would have wanted to work with for our house renovation. From the very start the architect NEP Builders uses was excellent, The owner of NEP builders (Toby in particular) is extremely detailed and provided excellent ideas which continued to improve our renovation from conception to final completion. NEPA Builders LLC completed a first floor remodel for me. The work included a complete kitchen remodel, powder room, new fireplace and mantel, larger ceiling fan in great room, all electrical and plumbing as well as paint and many other things too numerous to list. From the first day Toby and his crew were in my home I was completely satisfied. They were prompt, professional and highly skilled. The project was completed on time and on budget. I am completely satisfied with everything they did. I would highly recommend NEPA builders to anyone considering a similar project.

NEPA Builders is a great company. No problems what so ever. Great crew, friendly and easy to talk to them about what was happening and when certain things were scheduled. Usual delays waiting for items to arrive and when the arrived they were installed quickly. I don't believe we had any delays due to working on other jobs. The price was in line with two other estimates and only the changes we made and the permit were added to the estimate.Great Job.
