At the beginning of May, we signed paperwork to have a new tile shower installed. We selected the tile and then completed the 12 months same as cash financing. After months of excuses as to why the job was not being completed, the shower was finally installed in August - with the wrong tile. The tile installed was much cheaper than what we selected. I contacted the owner, whose only response was that he would contact the supplier. The business has been paid in full for the job, which includes the cost of the original, more expensive tile, and we told the owner that we wanted a refund of the balance. He agreed to do so, and we have not heard from him since. We have also filed a complaint with the BBB, and he has not responded to them, either. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
