Osvaldo Graveran the Owner has 35+ Years of Experience in the Construction Industry including 9-Years of Education and can be considered a Master Builder. His Son Miguel Graveran has been working alongside Him for Nearly a Decade and is consistently improving and refining the business by implementing Best Practices and Utilizing Modern Technology to provide Clients with the Best Possible experience. Our Goal as a company is to be the Best in the Industry. What this means to us is; - Creating the Best Team that can prioritize our Clients with the Best Experience, We achieve this by 1) Over-Communicating, 2) Planning the Project out Extensively from the Concept Stage, 3) Continually improving our Craftsmanship through education and hiring team-members who specialize in specific trades 4) Bringing in Top Trade Partners who also strive to achieve excellence in their Own Business 5) Leading the Project Team by Example and High Standards 6) Making sure Expectations are properly communicated, and that we truly listen to and understand our Clients Needs and Wants. 7) We are Always Learning and working with our Business Coaches and Clients to see how we can improve our Business.
