Pheasant Run Construction

We hired Pheasant Run for a full bathroom remodel. The job also entailed moving one of the bathroom walls into a linen closet. That required the closet door to be shifted about 6 inches along the hallway. The carpentry work they did was excellent and the newer door and trim in the hallway blends seamlessly with the rest of the home. They also replaced the bathroom window during this remodel. New tile (for the bathroom--on the walls and floor), new tub/shower, toilet, sink, countertop, faucet, bath accessories, etc., along with custom cabinetry were installed. Carpentry repair work was done on closet wood floor which included staining and finishing. Pheasant Run Construction left our home in excellent condition with a gorgeous new bathroom and linen closet. We are impressed with, and appreciative of, the quality of their work. They chose excellent sub-contractors, where appropriate, and they worked well with them. They were efficient with their time and they kept within the budget of the contract. They were responsive to any of our concerns and were good at communicating. We highly recommend them and are proud to show off their work. The remodel has made our home so much more pleasurable and functional.

Lonny and Greg from Pheasant Run are simply the best; really nice, down to earth guys who run a top quality construction firm. Pheasant Run was the construction company for our modern custom home, completed in August 2015. The whole process was a delight from start to finish. Whenever issues came up or we threw a curve ball into the process, Pheasant Run handled it all with professionalism and good humor. The home is SIP panel construction, which many subs weren't thrilled about, but everyone worked together and it came out beautifully. Absolutely recommend them.
