Prime 1 is a contractor that does work for a bank I sell foreclosures for.. As a realtor , I represent this bank for their foreclose sales. I have Prime 1 give me bids on repair work when the bank wants to fix up the homes before they sell them. Prime 1 has been doing work for me for years and always does a GREAT job. No matter how small or how large the job is, they always do quality work and the work is done on time. You cannot go wrong if you hire this company..
