We are so very happy and proud of our newly remodeled kitchen! We live in a condo which is 10 years old and our kitchen was definitely dated. We had had great satisfaction working wth PROFESSIONAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT LLC in the past and were excited to hire them again. PCM did not disappoint!!! The kitchen was small, with limited cabinet space and poor layout. We couldn't open the dishwasher and refrigerator at the same time! Jim Buehler, the owner of PCM, has the incredible ability to solve spacial problems and design an area that is functional and beautiful. By moving and lowering the counter top which holds the sink and shortening a wall that contained only dead space, he created a kitchen-dining-great room atmosphere. By using appliances which are beautiful and properly sized for the available space, Jim was able to incorporate the "pull out pantry" I had never had. The design of the gorgeous tiles, the recessed and pendant lighting and the truly beautiful cabinets have resulted in a gorgeous kitchen. Jim Buehler is creative, thoroughly professional and a pleasure to work with. I recommend PCM for any remodeling job without hesitation. I believe we have the loveliest kitchen in Northern VA !

We had just purchased a condo and needed to make some changes to the bathrooms. Jim Buehler had come highly recommended from a friend. Jim is friendly and easy to work with. He offered some creative ideas at a reasonable price! We had cabinets built for bathroom storage and painting completed in 5 rooms. Jim and his contractors were very reliable and cleaned up every day.

We used Jim to renovate our kitchen, master bathroom and fire place surround. All areas of the home were completely gutted. We are in a condo building and Jim coordinated all activities and schedules with the building. Jim is professional and delivers his product in a timely fashion. He is on site and closely manages his contractors so there are no miscommunications or misunderstandings. He holds his subcontractors to a high quality level and we observed a high level of fit and finish in the workmanship. We were very pleased with the costs, schedule and quality of workmanship. I have a beautiful and more functional kitchen and bathroom thanks to PCM! Jim Buehler was able to steer me towards an ample selection of quality products which were within my budgetary limits. The only additional costs were due to my decision to add more to the scope of work. The complete renovation of my kitchen and master bath were completed on time, along with the installation of a new front door and carpet throughout. I trusted Jim and his crew so much that I handed over the keys and lived with a friend for four weeks. He kept me informed of the progress every step of the way and any glitch was flawlessly handled. Each time I came home I found a clean worksite, an unexpected surprise. I wouldn't hesitate to call on PCM again and I refer people to them whenever possible.

PCM was a extremely professional company to work with from start to finish. From being part of meetings with choosing tile to cabinets to fixtures, Jim was part of the whole process. When work was done at my home by one of his subcontractors, Jim was here to ensure they knew the scope of the job and to let them in if I couldn't be here. Their work is beautiful, would recommend them for any home improvement project!
