We couldn't be more excited to write this review after our experience with Pure Builders! We are thrilled with the work they did for us. Our home was built in the 1930's and now looks and feels updated and fresh. This is a team that is creative, organized, and can actually come up with solutions to maximize the space we had to work with. Eli pointed out challenges during the design and came up with great solutions that still worked with our budget. Eli led a team that worked great together, had good communication, solved problems, and delivered a beautiful product. All the different trades, from the tile guys down to the plumbers, paid attention to details, especially during the finishing phase. There was not a single chipped tile, dings on the cabinetry, or sloppy paint. Being able to be this detailed oriented is an important skill for a contractor to have. I found myself texting Eli numerous times about how the workers were doing such an amazing job. I wouldn't hesitate to call Eli for any future projects.

A close friend of mine highly recommended Pure Builders after my go-to contractor wasn't available for my project. Eli came over and carefully went through the house, listening to all my needs, pointing out ideas, and foreseeing potential limitations. I was impressed with Eli's knowledge, process, and ideas for what could be done with the space. The initial quote was very reasonable and detailed each step of the project. Eli was very pleasant and easy to work with. He was impressive before the job and after the job. The work was completed on time, and together with his team, did a beautiful job. Mariana also did an excellent job helping us with planning, creating a beautiful design, and picking out finishes. Yaniv kept the project running smoothly, was easily accessible, and handled all of the inspection scheduling as well. The labor crews were friendly, clean and kept the job areas organized. Throughout the project (a room addition and complete remodel) I could trust the team's skill, competency, and reliability. They kept every single part of the agreement that they made with me. Eli and the team at Pure Builders beautifully renovated my late 1950's home in West Los Angeles. I badly needed a new kitchen, a new master bathroom, powder room remo, and a few other updates as well. We also decided to have the house re-wired, a new panel added, and all the lighting replaced to LED can lights. When it came down to planning the project step by step, Eli was knowledgeable and experienced, which is what made him stand out from all the other contractors we interviewed. The job was well managed, designed, and planned. Things moved quickly once we decided to move forward with the project. While our architect worked on our blueprints (we took down a load bearing wall), Mariana took us "shopping" and helped us pick out our materials and shopped with me for tiles, flooring, countertops, and plumbing fixtures. This made the whole buying process so much easier and she even helped us work on pricing. She was on point with suggestions as well. I originally wanted to keep my tile floors in the kitchen, but I'm so glad Mariana suggested oak flooring and convinced me to run the floors throughout the house into the kitchen and powder room. This was key to giving our home a really smooth flow and an expansive look. During the construction process everyone was communicative, responsive, and professional. Yaniv was on top of all the work taking place and communicated with us almost on a daily basis. He also provided me with several suggestions that just made sense. His calm demeanor and customer service centric mindset helped us navigate our project at ease. Most importantly, he did an outstanding job at keeping the job on track. Besides the delays we had from the tile company, the work schedule was followed and everyone showed up when they said they would. The crews were true craftsmen and very respectful of our home. Everyone wore a mask and practiced social distancing when we were around. I can't forget to mention the owner Eli, who constantly checked on us and made sure to stay on top of our project, even though it's much smaller in comparison to most of their jobs. We couldn't have asked for a better team and are very pleased with our experience.

My husband and I decided that we would like to add a master bedroom, bathroom, and remodel our kitchen. We spoke with at least 7 different companies, met 5 of them, and ended up hiring Pure Builders. The whole project took 4 months to complete and we couldn't be happier with the results. Everything turned out beautifully and I can't believe this is the same home! Thankfully, our designer Mariana drew up a 3D rendering so we could get a visual of what our addition and bathroom would look like. This was very helpful to have before commiting to the design as it was executed flawlessly. We have nothing but good things to report from the initial meeting and all the way to installing the finishing fixtures and completing the job. They had expertise, impressive work ethic, and were very polite. We were really fortunate to have Yaniv as our project manager. He was professional, efficient, and a joy to work with. He was available, responsive, and communicative every step of the way keeping us engaged with the project. Truly grateful for their top-quality deliverance and customer service! Like any other remodel, we had a hiccup along the way, but Pure Builders quickly took care of it without any questions asked. We felt like the whole experience was transparent as well, with a very detailed contract, clear invoicing, and organized project files. Eli and his team were truly a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone planning to remodel their home.

How do I even begin to express my appreciation for Pure Builders? We were expecting our son and needed to add an extra room to our very small home very quickly before he was born. Exciting, right? Well, luckily enough, our neighbor connected us to the team at Pure Builders and from the very start, we felt a great connection with them. On top of planning for the new baby, we already had a 3-year-old and very busy professional life, so it was a must that we worked with someone who knew what they were doing, communicated well, and would stick to their deadlines. After talking with Pure Builders and five other contractors, Pure was the only company that was confident they could complete our project on time. From the start, Eli and Mariana were amazing to work with, helping us to figure out the best layout for our addition, while working alongside our architect German. They were a great connection who knew how to get creative with the design while also sticking to our limited budget. We had several wonderful meetings and each time we felt listened to and more excited about our project. Once construction started, we got daily updates and each week they hit their deadlines. They communicated any issues that came up and were flexible with changes. Yaniv was a blessing and ran the project like it was his own home. The crews also do very good work. The subcontractors were excellent and detailed oriented. Overall, the construction and the quality of the job is fantastic, and the outcome of our remodel is absolutely beautiful. It's very rare to find a team as talented and communicative as Pure Builders.

I'm way overdue on posting this review. Eli and his team were easy to work with and made the whole experience as smooth as possible with a strong attention to detail and great communication. We remodeled our home (new kitchen, new bathrooms, opening the kitchen/living area, new roof, windows, paint, etc) right before covid hit ... and could not be happier with how everything turned out. Eli's team are talented, professional, punctual, and accommodating. Our new neighbors even commented on their kind and considerate demeanor. This vibe gave us a lot of confidence about the integrity of the work site. Once work was underway, they were the model of professionalism: prompt, courteous, precise, transparent; His crew is incredibly thoughtful, and we saw them make careful, smart decisions throughout their time at our house. The crew used their time efficiently and worked hard to make sure they got as much done during each workday, which is NOT what we experience in our last remodel. To say the least, it was gratifying and fun working with them. There were several issues uncovered in our 30-year-old home. Eli and Yaniv were great about working with me to resolve the problems, meet my high expectations, and complete what turned into a MAJOR remodel both inside and outside within our planned schedule and budget. Yaniv communicated with us daily about the work, met with inspectors, and updated our work schedule on Buildertrend. We are extremely pleased with the work performed. Eli has even followed up after the completion of our project to ensure our satisfaction. We highly recommend them and will use them for future work.

Pure Builders recently completed an extensive remodel of our home over the course of 6 months. This was no easy project, involving an office addition, the rearranging walls, remodeling the kitchen, BBQ, new floors, new cabinets, and adding a bathroom. The initial quote was very reasonable and detailed, giving us a lot of flexibility and insights into the various tradeoffs we could make. From the moment we received the quote to the minute we got the final invoice everyone showed up when promised, stayed on track with the project, and overall did what they did what they said they would do (you can't take any of this for granted with general contractors in LA these days). The job was done quicker than estimated and it came out better than we had dreamed. Mariana was incredible during the design phase -- she listened to our desires/goals and guided us through a range of options to achieve them (many of which were creative solutions we never would have thought of and other designers we talked to never suggested). She also took me to some really amazing showrooms and helped pick our materials. Note that she had relationships in all the places we went to which got us better pricing and service. Thank you for being extremely patient with me, helping me create multiple budgets, and explaining the ways we could cut costs while still achieving our underlying design vision. The construction itself went smoothly and the crew was a pleasure to have around. Everyone was respectful of our home and Covid-19 guidelines. Most importantly, the quality of their work was excellent. The tile contractors were great and did some very professional work. And a special thanks to the plumber and the team that lifted the cast iron replacement tub into place. The result was the most professional project I have witnessed since we bought our home ten years ago. We were so lucky to work with Pure Builders, and we will certainly use them again. Going forward, Pure Builders is who I will call for my projects.

My wife and I had a long dream (7 years to be exact) to remodel our 500 sq ft garage, kitchen, master bathroom, and other small projects. A job that involved significant planning and attention to details. We had talked to over 5 contractors who all had significantly long timelines, told us certain aspects of our remodel would not fit our budget, and some even possible. Pure was able to finish the job on time, on budget, and made the whole process quite enjoyable (specially working with Mariana). We were thoroughly pleased with the entire process, from the first visit to the last handshake. Eli has an eye for design that is unique and creative- you can see his mind working as his ideas change and grow with each new challenge. Yaniv managed the project with a real sense of ownership, keeping things moving, suggesting improvements, and problem solving through the unexpected. Mariana turned our interior style preferences into a coherent plan, introducing all kinds of options we hadn't considered, sourcing finishes, taking us to the best showrooms, and ultimately creating a space that we love. Santos the foreman has exceptional skills and a can-do attitude. Our cabinet maker was a true craftsman, with an eye for overall aesthetic and detail. We always felt the project was under control and making progress daily. We couldn't be happier with the look and feel of the finished product, and we are so grateful to Pure Builders being such a wonderful partner to work with. I could go on and on, but it's the middle of the night and I have a 5- and 8-year-old, so I'll just say this- stop looking. Rarely do you find a contractor who can work through the design process with you and execute the construction flawlessly. This is your designer, contractor, and friend all in one!

Our renovation plan was not simple. We also had a lot of trouble finding the best company for our project. Most of the architect firms were way too expensive for us, and dealing with all contractors, trades, and permitting was too much for us to handle during a pandemic. We were very lucky to have found Pure Builders. With help from Eli and Yaniv, we transformed our old 1970s kitchen, bathrooms, enlarged our master bedroom, and replaced our floors. This was our first-time remodeling, and we were nervous to jump a project this size. Eli and Yaniv were very knowledgeable and genuine. The entire process went smoothly, we had a great experience, and the result is even more beautiful than expected. They walked us through every step of the remodel process and made sure to address all the concerns we had. Eli was straight forward and was transparent about the estimated cost. On many occasions, given that our home had many challenges, Eli helped us explore more affordable alternatives that saved us some money. Mariana was incredibly helpful and patient with us. We were able to trust her with the design and finishes, and we are so glad that we did. She understood exactly what we wanted and was able to execute it in the design and functionality. Mariana created impressive 2D and 3D drawings of our kitchen and bathrooms before we started the construction, which helped us tremendously with shopping for furniture. The project proceeded better than we expected, with minimum lapses. Yaniv was very helpful, and regularly monitored the site, answered all calls and text messages. We felt very comfortable expressing any concerns and making last minute requests. We love our new place, and we are looking forward to a future room addition project with Pure Builders. We highly recommend them!

Two years ago, my wife and I moved into our home in Thousand Oaks with the intention of adding a room doing a renovation, but we kept putting it off. Due to Covid, we've been working full time and needed the extra space. Out of the 4 companies we met, we had the best experience with Eli, along with the most detailed and comprehensive quote. We designed a master suite addition and redesigned a large section of the house, master bathroom, and kitchen. We enjoyed working with Mariana, who created a wonderful design for us and helped us pick out materials, tying together our ideas/needs. After plans got the final stamp from the city, the work began, and things started to move quickly. Everyone involved in the project, including the crews and tradesmen were extremely hardworking, professional, but most importantly paid attention to details. Did I mention FAST? There was not a day that our project came to a halt. Yaniv was also there to help every step of the way and keep the project running. He was always present for all the city inspections which we passed with very few minor corrections. At all times he was transparent about the process, available for our questions, and helped us with any concerns we would have. As with any project of this scale, we had to make some changes to the original plan. Thankfully, there were minor changes, and we felt great about our decision with the help of Yaniv and Eli. They did an outstanding job with the cabinets, vanities, countertops, backsplash, flooring, and the rest of the project. The complete project turned out amazing and we honestly couldn't be happier. I was introduced to Eli of Pure Builders by my next-door neighbors when they were going through an extensive remodel. Over a six-month period, my husband and I watched their house get stripped down to the studs and beautifully rebuilt. As our family grew and the COVID-19 reality settled in, it was very clear we would also need to expand our home. The kids needed their own rooms. The laundry room wasn’t what we needed it to be....our lovely kitchen and bathrooms were covered in wallpaper that looked straight from the 80’s. After meeting Eli and seeing his work firsthand, we knew he was the only contractor we could trust with our home and feel completely at ease. I especially liked that during our first meetings, Eli never pressured us to move forward and always made us feel very comfortable with the decisions we made. He did an excellent job at showing us all the different options that our budget would allow us. Eli listened to our ideas, answered all our questions, and together with his designer Mariana came up with a well thought of design. It took us a while to get around to our project, but we finally got it done. We added 499 sq ft to the first floor that included a bedroom for my daughter, enlarged the laundry room, and remodeled the kitchen. The project took approximately 4 months to complete. Even though we weren’t staying at home, we received daily updates from our wonderful project manager Yaniv or through the Buildertrend app. On top of being professional and flexible, Yaniv was always available to answer our questions. They did a great job for us. The results of the project speak for themselves, in my opinion. Excellent in every regard. I would hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone taking on a remodel.

I wanted to take the opportunity to share my experience remodeling my home with Pure Builders. Eli, Yaniv, Mariana, and his talented team worked diligently and operated with a high level of integrity and communication - both internal and with the client. They are all professional, trustworthy, friendly, and followed Covid guidelines the whole time. If we met, we always kept safe distances, avoided physical contact, and everyone always used face masks. This was a huge relief as I was paranoid of getting my family sick. After working with our architect and Mariana, we were given very detailed drawings and scope of work which helped greatly in purchasing design items and fostering ideas. I felt like they did an outstanding job patiently walking me through the process and helping me bridge the gap between my initial ideas and the final product. We felt heard and understood, and comfortable even though it was stressful at times. One of the things that really helped was receiving constant updates via Buildertrend, photos, videos, live walkthroughs. Pure's bid was not the lowest bid I received, but they also are not the most expensive even though the quality of their work and service was over the top. All our friends can't believe how they have completely transformed our home into such a beauty. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to do larger remodels without hesitation.

We did a full home remodel with Pure Builders. Full kitchen and bathroom remodels, new floors, windows, doors, and paint. We also had a new roof installed, but we hired a different company for that. Eli, Yaniv, and the PB team was one of the most courteous construction companies I've ever worked with. After meeting and interviewing a few other companies, we hired Pure Builders because we liked that they also did our design, plans, and took care of our permits. While Pure wasn't our lowest bid, it was worth the service and high quality we received. We loved that Eli and our designer Mariana attentively listened to our needs. Over several zoom meetings, they flawlessly translated all our wishes and needs into a perfect design. The whole team did a fantastic job throughout the construction, always kept our home clean, and were great at communicating with us. Everyone was very respectful...especially in the time of covid, the team always wore masks, kept social distancing a high priority, and patiently helped us with any questions or concerns we had. Our project didn't come without any challenges. Our 1940's home had unlevel walls, rotten framing, and numerous other surprises. Eli and Yaniv always found a solution and kept the cost as minimal as possible. The tile work was immaculate. No sloppy edges or grout lines. Our countertops looked gorgeous. The floors came out beautiful as well. They transformed our home into an incredible place, and it was a pleasure working with them. We couldn't be any more thankful!

After much frustration and several disappointing attempts to find the right company for my room addition project, I was fortunate to get referred to Eli Kaspi, general contractor, and owner of Pure Builders. Their wonderful office manager Love called me back within ten minutes after I emailed them about my project. She was very informative and the remainder of the process to obtain a detailed estimate was a smooth sail! Unlike all the other companies I met with, Eli had the knowledge and skills to provide a comprehensive estimate and fully perform the scope of work that my project required. Pricing was reasonable compared with other contractors who bid, but there was no compromise in quality. He didn't hesitate to walk me through every step of the job and explained what needed to be done and what he and his team would need to do. Our assigned project manager was Yaniv, who is an excellent communicator and stayed in touch with me daily through calls or texts. Throughout the project, the team made sure the job was on schedule, on budget, and was able to get the project finished ahead of my anticipated completion date. Their skilled craftsmen paid great attention to every detail, resulting in beautiful, high-quality job. We hired Eli for a full home remodel, and they were incredible to work with. We are aware that remodels are often stressful, but Eli, Yaniv, and Mariana were so organized (we loved Buildertrend) and detail-oriented that we didn't worry a bit. My husband and I moved to Calabasas last summer. On top of having to move during this pandemic, we had to remodel our kitchen, bathrooms, install new floors and repair some plumbing issues, and I truly believe that Pure Builders were the absolute best for the job. We also worked with their talented cabinet fabricator, making sure that the design, grain direction, and stain colors perfectly worked with each other to my liking. Our tile installers and all the other trades involved paid immaculate attention to details to make it as perfect as possible even with all the challenges we had with our outdated home. When anything came up during the construction process or with the city, Yaniv and the rest of their team were on it to resolve it without any questions asked. In addition to being great contractors and tradesmen, everyone was just nice people, super polite, kind, and genuine. They got everything done in a timely manner, patiently (with me), and were always there to answer all our questions or concerns. We love the results with our family and friends affirming us how beautiful it is. We will forever be grateful for all their hard work and highly recommend this fantastic company.

We hired Pure Builders for our complete home remodel and the results are amazing. We’re the owners of a 4,200 square foot home in Westlake Village that we purchased new in 1996. After all those fun years with our two children and various pets, it was way past time for repairs and a refresh. We interviewed several General Contractors and we selected Eli and his team at Pure Builders because of their experience, knowledge, and vision for our home. They transformed our outdated, worn-out home into a modern showcase. They took the house down to the wood framing. They removed walls to open up the house. They installed bigger, modern windows to open up the house to the outside. Doors were replaced. The kitchen was refreshed with modern appliances, cabinets and a much bigger center island. The upstairs balcony was rebuilt with a modern glass railing. Walk-in showers were installed in all the bathrooms. They designed and installed a unique revolving television wall in our Master Bathroom. The construction crew always worked hard to please us. Yaniv, the construction manager, carefully tracked the project and made sure every last detail was properly completed. Pure Builder’s designers, Michal and Maya, spent countless hours with us in vendor showrooms guiding us through selections of paints, tiles, fixtures, wallpapers, and flooring. We had Eli and his team at Pure Builders perform a very substantial home remodel. We interviewed several companies and chose Pure Builders based on price, vision, and timeliness. And boy, are we glad we did! Pure Builders performed all work professionally and gave us a beautiful home. Eli knows his stuff, and he was able to guide us through every step in the process. Even with the extra difficulties of a pandemic (health precautions, material availability, etc.), Pure Builders was able to complete the work on schedule. If there are any issues that we need resolved, we know that Pure Builders will be the first and only company to call.

We hired Pure Builders for major renovations to our home including creating a master suite, remodeling the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, and turning the garage into a home office. From our first meeting with Eli and Yaniv, right through their early completion, it was as good as an experience that a homeowner could have expected. Unlike other contractors we met, Eli conducted a thorough investigation of what needed to be done, how it will need to be done, and most importantly why. It was quite helpful as Eli broke down the project and explained things in an extremely easy and knowledgeable way so that we could understand what’s going on. Eli provided us with our designer Mariana, who also did a great job helping us visualize how our project would look, gave us advice on new appliances, helped us pick countertops, and floors that matched everything perfectly. The team, including the office staff, was always friendly, efficient, and helpful. From start to finish there was a focus on detail and delivering a quality product - something you often do not find with other companies. We had no major surprises or setbacks. There was daily communication, and it was nice using Buildertrend to see the progress photos and schedule. We are happy with how beautiful everything turned out.

My husband, kids, and I moved from NYC condo into a house in Westlake Village. After living there for a year, it became clear we needed to take down walls, renovate the kitchen and redo all the bathrooms. Since we were used to the sad little kitchen and bathrooms, we didn't know how to approach a remodel of this size. The first few contractors we contacted had OK ideas, but their prices were through the roof. As we started to feel like this project might not happen after all, we found Pure Builders through one of our mutual friends. Not only did Eli and Mariana come with ideas that we absolutely loved, but they patiently listened to what we wanted and worked hard to come up with a way to approach the design of our project that would still work with our budget. What can I say about their work? Masterful. From the tile work, to the plumbing, lighting. We LOVED our kitchen cabinets. Wonderful crew! It was also wonderful to have an attentive project manager Yaniv, checking on our project daily. Any concerns? Pure Builders was on it down to the very last detail. All throughout, Eli and Yaniv were always just a text message or call away. Incredibly responsive, incredibly helpful. The job was finished on time -- including all the other little things we kept adding on. It was also genuinely nice for them to bring a cleaning crew to make sure everything was perfectly clean and ready to use, which it was. They have stayed in touch to make sure everything was working great. Excellent!

There aren’t many contractors that can take your vision and executed it flawlessly as Eli and his team did for us. My husband and I met with Eli several times before making our decision to move forward. He was very patient, always taking time to listen to what I wanted and coming up with wonderful ideas. We were presented with an incredibly detailed proposal and project specification in our last meeting before moving forward. This helped us make our final decision, as it laid out exactly what was going to be done, what to expect, and how all the project phases would take place. Our project was not small either: a new master suite addition, taking down several walls to open up the kitchen/dining space, built a dream kitchen, added a new laundry room, renovated and redesigned all existing bathrooms, new windows, lighting, new roof, flooring, and converted my fireplace to gas... every corner, except for the garage, was worked on by Pure Builders. Mariana, Eli and German were fabulous with the design phase and walked us through the whole process, answering all our questions/needs, and coming up with great design options. Throughout the project duration, Pure Builders made sure our house was always clean. We’re very thankful for Yaniv, our project manager, as he oversaw a wonderful team that worked tirelessly to get the job done the best way and in the best quality. The team was 100% synced with COVID-19 city guidelines and obeyed all the rules making sure everyone was safe.

After many let downs with bad contractors, working with Pure Builders has been the best remodeling experience I've had thus far. We did our research, got referrals, and interviewed 4 contractors. With most of the companies we met, we didn’t feel as comfortable as we felt with Eli. He fully explained all the ways he could help while displaying his knowledge, professionalism, experience, and wonderful ideas that no one else thought of. The price that we got wasn’t the lowest, however, it was fair. When it came time for the project to begin, they were ready and moved quickly with efficiency. Everyone from Eli, to our project manager Yaniv, labor crews, down to the office staff were exceptional. It was an absolute pleasure to work with the PB team from beginning to end. The crews were also pleasant, respectful (even to our neighbors), and took care of our home as if it were their own. We were pleasantly surprised and grateful for the service but most of all the quality of work. Our remodel consisted of a home extension to allow for a new kitchen/dining area, two bathrooms, new floors, doors, and windows. We knew this project would be stressful and couldn’t be any more thankful that everything went smoothly. We would work with Eli again and highly recommend him.

After meeting with a handful of local design build firms, we hired Pure Builders for the design and construction of our multi-phase whole house remodel. The price was not on the lower side, but I was able to see exactly what I was getting. Their contract and proposal were incredibly detailed and laid out the process and responsibilities. The owner Eli and project manager Yaniv were extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the job with a great design style and aesthetic that we loved. They were both great at communicating and responsive throughout the project to any of my needs and questions. We enjoyed working with Eli, Yaniv and the Pure team and never had any issues with any of the vendors or sub-contractors that Pure works with or recommended us to. Working with the same team through both the design and the construction phases put my wife and I at ease and greatly reduced the stress on our end. We are very thankful that our project was executed flawlessly within timeline and budget. The results are simply stunning, and we would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

After several months of looking for contractors for an extensive remodel and ADU, my wife and I hired Pure Builders. Eli and his team are amazing people! We are also incredibly pleased with their designer Mariana, who carefully listened to us and came up with an imaginative and functional design. It was both surprising and pleasing that the design that was presented to us matched with what we wanted to achieve. Everyone in the team is quick, efficient, and professional. Moreover, Eli (the owner) was always available and engaged throughout the design, planning and construction. Even after our project was completed, Eli has remained equally accessible and committed for any simple touch-ups or questions. Overall, Pure Builders handled the architectural drawings, engineering plans, city permits, and finished our project ahead of schedule, even with the small delays we had along the way. My husband and I really enjoyed working with Pure Builders on our home remodel. After our first conversation with Eli, we felt at ease as he gave us a clear understanding of what to expect. This was a big project for us and we wanted to work with someone experienced who could provide high-quality work, stick to the schedule, and be transparent about costs. Eli's process was not only workable and manageable but actually enjoyable. Everyone in the Pure team, from Eli, Yaniv and his office team Love and Daniel, were accessible and always available to answer questions, provide input or suggestions. We loved our designer Eti as well. I'm very picky, so, I appreciate Eli and Michelle taking the time to get to know us and gain an understanding of what we liked and didn't like. We loved the different design options he presented so much that it was hard to choose which one we liked best. The remodel included removing walls, new flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, and adding a laundry room. While no project goes without hiccups, I would say the largest drawback to our project was our city inspector. Ultimately, I was very impressed with Eli's way of working with the city to keep our project moving and passing all inspections. Eli was an advocate for us throughout the renovation. The amount of stress that was alleviated by having him on our project is priceless. We were provided access to a project management tool called Buildertrend, which made things much easier for us, giving us access to daily photo updates, schedules, project invoices, and change orders. Every tradesman, worker, and vendor involved in our project had excellent customer service, knowledge, and professionalism. In the end, we couldn't be happier with the way our project turned out and the experience we had.

We hired Eli and his dream team Yaniv, Daniel, and Love to help us to renovate our Hollywood Hills home. The home is over 50 years old and had not been touched since the late '90s. The kitchen, bathrooms, and floors were horrendous, not to mention the disproportionate amount of space. My project was small in comparison to other projects Pure Builders typically handles. However, my outdated kitchen was a huge project from my standpoint because of how old it was and awkward it was. From all the contractors I met, Eli took his time to listen and discuss our needs and easily figured out what was needed to accommodate our vision. The crew came in quickly and efficiently did a magnificent job. It was wonderful to have Eli available to contact with any questions and to get constant updates. He was professional and readily available when needed.

My friends had an outstanding experience remodeling their new home with Eli of Pure Builders and we absolutely loved their results. This was my husbands and I’s first major remodel. Due to all the bad experiences we’ve had with contractors before, we decided to be very selective in who we hired this time. It wasn’t until after our second meeting with Eli that we decided to hire Pure Builders. We truly felt like he was competent, professional, and he was highly recommended by my best friend. A bit of the back story- we had bought a fixer upper home that ended up having a ton of foundation issues. After addressing the foundation, we got started on the real work, which included re-doing my entire backyard, adding a pool, remodeling the kitchen, laundry room, master & guest bathrooms, all new flooring and paint. We’ve lived through remodeling nightmares before and know that remodeling any home is never a smooth process, but I can tell you that working with Eli and his team was a dream. This is the second project that Eli has done for us. The first was a backyard and bathroom remodel, which we loved. We’ve had the chance to work with a lot of contractors and Eli is by far the best one. From our first phone call, we felt like Eli was right for our project. He took the time to ask what we were looking for and getting to know me us a person, not just another client. The communication was superior. He visited us the next day and was very genuine, knowledgeable, and understood our vision to update our very old home. The 3D renderings he presented had exactly what we asked for. The whole project was a satisfying experience. Eli was clear, prompt, and made sure that the construction didn’t disturb our daily life or work. I’m beyond content with the quality of the work, service and expertise. It’s rare to find a contractor who is considerate and competent. His bid wasn’t the lowest I got, but it was definitely worth it.

If I could, I would give Pure Builders 10 stars! Simply put, if it wasn't for Eli, our kitchen renovation would have not turned out as spectacular as it did. My kitchen feels uniquely me, even though it was designed by Eli and his team. Being in the industry myself, I held Eli to a higher standard, and he exceeded all expectations. We took our time looking for the right contractor to remodel our home. We wanted to open up and extend our living area and remodel the bathroom. There are some contractors (or representatives of that contractor) who come over, listen to your proposal, and name a price. . With Eli, he took his time walking around the house, explaining in detail what is possible. His team is great -- they do high-quality work and they're incredibly quick and efficient. He also helped us with financing the remodel. I liked how they had the BuilderTrend app, it's an app where you track the schedule of the tasks (i.e. demolition, inspection, painting, etc.). If there are changes on the schedule, we'd get a notification. Also, on the app, you can track your invoices and receive notifications when the payments are due. Overall, my husband and I are very happy with the work. We've been getting a lot of compliments about our new old house. We would definitely plan to have them again for future home projects.

Pure Builders recently completed a remodel of a master bathroom and jack-n-jill bathroom. We compared reviews and quotes from several companies, and settled on Pure Builders based on a combination of excellent reviews, an excellent first meeting with owner Eli, a competitive quote, and visiting some other properties that used them. Everyone on the team was a pleasure to work with from owner Eli, to foreman Udi, to Love in the office, to the individual workers. Coordination and scheduling was excellent throughout the process. Eli and Udi were very responsive with addressing change requests and correcting any small issues that we noted. In addition to the bathrooms and hallway in the original contract, Eli willingly accommodated additional items that we requested at reasonable cost. There were also several small things, unrelated to the primary bathroom work that Eli took care of without additional costs. There was no nickel-and-diming for small items, which I really appreciated. As an example, after the work was fully completed and paid for, we mentioned to Eli that we were planning to order and install another pendant light that was not originally planned, and he offered to have someone come and install it at no charge. We highly recommend Eli and Pure Builders.

Eli and his team are more than contractors - they conceived of the creative addition/remodel to the property to fit our family's needs, they handled the plans/permitting, and even helped with design and finishes. Having worked with other contractors in the past I’m glad I selected Pure Builders to bring two bathrooms up to modern standards in Westlake Village. During our first meeting Eli Kaspi demonstrated outstanding competency and professionalism. He listened to our needs, offered excellent suggestions and developed a solid plan for completing the remodel based on our wishes. During the demo and construction his crew was always competent, polite and accommodating. When we had questions Eli would say “There are no problems, only solutions” and together we found the right answers. Last September we bought a fixer upper in Sherman Oaks, like many we did meet with few contractors as we knew what we wanted. We decided to go with Eli’s company for few reasons: A: Management, his system using Buildertrend is what we heard from friends who told us it’s the best way to keep in touch with what’s happening daily. B: Creativeness, Eli showed us so many options we didn’t even think possible. His crew and field manager are fun to have around, not just for the great work they put in but for the energy and respect. We love our new home but we had to change the bathrooms due to their ugly 70’s style :) Like many here we met with a couple of companies but Pure Builders stood out. My wife loved Eli’s concept designs so we signed with Pure Builders to perform the remodel. I must say, the entire process was much faster than I expected. It felt like Udi and Eli have this system that just works. They had a walkthrough to each stage of the remodel to eliminate any issues which, we first thought maybe was too many meetings but, we quickly realized how efficient their system is for a fast process .

We bought a house in Thousand Oaks and knew from the beginning that the house would need a complete remodeling. We interviewed three contractors and each one of them had his own approach. We were confused.... Eli Kaspi from Pure Builders was the only one who advised us to sign a contract of a complete design for our project. We just finished our complete remodel in Calabasas which took about 7 months total. Our home looks amazing. To start, it took us YEARS to save for this remodel, we knew that we only had one time to get it right, so we started our search for a reliable and honest contractor. Eli had his designer join in and so begin our journey. Our house is big but simple and kinda boring, however with Eli’s team we turned it around to a thing of beauty.
We gutted the house, moved walls, replaced windows and doors, installed new flooring, new kitchen, 3 new bathrooms, re painted inside and out, built a custom bbq, a fire pit and artificial turf. One important factor that helped us choose Pure Builders was that they are using Buildertrand which enabled us to view the entire process on line at any given moment. We decided to make our current house bigger since we loved our home and it’s location, we met with Eli and other companies but felt as if Eli is original and cut’s right to the point. We felt as if no one was handling us. With the other companies we didn’t feel that at all. I must add one more thing regarding this matter.. All the rest of the companies we met with wanted us to go bigger. As if our plan didn’t mean a thing to them. Pure Builders listened to us and helped us achieve our vision no matter the obstacles. 
Our kitchen needed to relocate in order to retain the most square ft. We also installed a Fleetwood door in our family room facing the backyard which opened up the house and gave us so much air and light (best expensive item we ever got). The crew was fantastic, always showed up on time and respected our privacy.

Me and my wife added a master suite to our small home. We wanted our suite to be large and spacious to include a standing tub and a large shower with jets and rain shower heads. We had no clue about the stages and process and searched for few months on Houzz.com and came across Pure Builders , I called and scheduled an appointment. Eli Kaspi, the owner and his team were very professional from the start. They helped me with everything. From getting Blue prints and permits done to help us choose the the color paint. We love our master suite, we finally feel like we have everything we wanted in our home. My wife LOVES her standing tub. Their work is worth every dollar. We signed a contract for a 700 square ft addition which includes a new kitchen, family room and dining/play room. Setting up an appointment for our estimate was very easy and we met with Eli the owner of the company. Eli’s ability to envision the transformation of the space was impressive and his 3d designs live up to his ideas. He has a very professional yet approachable and friendly manner. Our project was fairly big and took about 6 months once we acquired the necessary city permits. As this company is a one stop shop, they will support you with design and permits through their in-house architect and engineer and will see the project through to the finish. We installed costumes cabinets with 2 islands since we didn’t want to have many wall cabinets, we wanted an open space. The island included water fall outer tops which looks amazing. Our kids love their new play room as we enjoy our home in a totally new way. Thanks for the hard work guys.

I called to get a quote from Pure Builders and I spoke with Mr. Kaspi. He went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and my mothers needs and to get started in our home improvement. I had my mother move in with us and wanted her to enjoy her time with us and that meant, her privacy. My wife and I knew we had to build a unit in the backyard to accommodate her. Mr. Kaspi worked with us to achieve this goal. He has excellent customer service. We met in May of last year and got done in Oct. My mom loves her new home. Great company and amazing customer service. They remodeled my entire house, from kitchen to bedroom, and even completed a room addition. They did the job quick, and the final product was top of the line. They are very knowledgeable about the work and extremely professional.

I have been contemplating on remodeling my kitchen for years now but was a little apprehensive as I didn't want to spend too much money and I really wanted a trustworthy, honest and hardworking company to do the job. I heard about Pure builders when I went into my friend's house and complemented her on her amazingly beautiful newly remodeled kitchen. I had to know of the company who created this masterpiece. Having a Type A and super controlling personality, it gets extremely difficult to work with companies who are unresponsive and like to push their ideas on you. But Pure was SO different. Every time I emailed or called Eli and Udi, their immediate response, feedback and ability to always accommodate my needs was amazing. I was probably incredibly annoying, as my ideas kept changing, and I kept emailing them about minor changes I wanted to implement. But they were incredibly patient and understanding. They were affordable and always kept me in the loop and I had a new kitchen in about a month! The kitchen of my dreams! I can't thank the Pure team enough for their great work, attention to detail and commitment to their customers. I can't wait to work with them again to remodel other areas of my home!

We hired Eli Kaspi to completely remodel our home. We heard about his company and work from family members who hired him previously. Like many here we quickly learned how knowledgeable he is. Our remodel included 4 bathrooms, kitchen, removing walls to enlarge the kitchen, replacing all windows and doors with Fleetwood. Master suite addition of 650 square feet and exterior paint. His crew and project manager Udi are on top of their craft. From design to built we had meetings and walkthroughs for each step. That alone saved us many issues and money.

After making a decision to remodel our home and not move we set out on our journey to find a contractor that was a good fit for us. We got quotes from 7 companies until we met Eli from Pure Builders. We had planned out our kitchen/living room remodel for 6 months before Pure Builders came and provided us with a fair and authentic quote for what we were envisioning our remodel would looked like. We laid out a fair timeline of the work that was needed and the pricing involved. Doing a complete kitchen, living room and family room remodel, we were more than satisfied that the work could be done in three to four weeks. We also wanted to have our hands in the project and Eli with Udi made sure that we would be able to complete our portion of the project while the trades were accomplishing there work. We are very hands on and made all the purchases for tile, cabinets, granite counter tops, appliances, and our design plan. There are not many contractors that would do this but Eli was on board from the beginning and the project became a reality. From day one to the end of the project, Eli’s team provided top notch and quality workmanship. Anytime a complete remodel is being done you can expect the unexpected. We had a couple issues we were able to work through those with minimal stress. Eli and his team were able to sort through whatever problem they encountered and provided instant solution to resolve the issue at hand. As with most projects we had several change orders that occurred, but Eli and his team made sure that everything that we wanted was accomplished to our satisfaction. This was another great reason why we selected Pure Builders, as Eli and I had talked about all the what ifs that could come up before we even began the project. Reading reviews can sometimes be misleading so this is what I say, Eli and his team did an incredible job from start to finish. All the trades were very careful and respectful of our home while they conducted there work. There is always some uneasy feeling letting strangers in your home while you are at work but Eli and his team were so respectful of everything. They were Honest, trustworthy, truthful and had integrity. That really says it all. Would I recommend, Hell Yeah! We finally decided it was time to remodel our backyard. Me and my husband met with Eli about 3 times. We discussed our vision and goal for our backyard and he knew exactly what idea and look we were going for. We re did the plaster in our pool. Installed new copping , added a fire pit and pavers with some turf to play on. Project took about a month which was way quicker than expected. Great construction company with exceptional service and high quality work. Can't say enough nice things about Eli & Udi, they were on top of the project the whole time, extremely responsive to all my needs, and ensured the project is completed on time and on budget. I love my new remodeled bathrooms, and the new backyard fence looks great and sturdy. They made the whole construction experience surprisingly pleasant and stress free, which is the first for me. All my other experiences with other contractors were terrible and very stressful. I highly recommend Eli and his team. Given the high quality work and service, their pricing was very reasonable and offered a lot of value :)

I would have written this review sooner, but we've been too busy enjoying our new home! My wife and I bought a home back last year and wanted a remodel to both bathrooms and kitchen. It was our first remodel, and all we knew of remodels was that there are a million shows on television about them, and there's always a problem. With that in mind, we kept had to keep a positive attitude. As we started construction we decided to change few things around in our kitchen and added a smart home system which evidently changed our total project amount over our original budget and our deadline. Udi, who was our point of contact for the remodel, managed everything else. He was great at communicating our options. He returned a call within hours of us leaving a message. Every time. When we had an issue with something, he reacted. Pure Builders have earned us as customers.

Eli and Udi are a real class act. I have never met a crew that goes out of third way to help you in your time if need. Prior to us hiring Pure Builders, we made an innocent mistake of hiring a design builder whom we found out after they walked off the job that they were also not licensed to be doing any of the work performed. Lesson learned. Pure Builders stepped up, making everything a breeze from filing the correct permits to making sure all the existing work has been brought up to code and removing work that was just way to wrong to even correct. Eli and Udi are even making sure to keep the inspectors informed about regulations that have saved us a lot of money. Another big advantage is they are willing join you in off site meetings with suppliers and this keeps you from having unanswered questions and surprises. No more of that oh I thought we talked about that kindest of B/S on the job site. Pure builders, always seems ready to tackle your junk and their crews are on standby ready to tackle the job the next day! I am amazed about the speed at witch these guys work, they show up on site ready to work at 7am and are busy all day. They aren't the kind that claim they been at Home Depot all morning getting supply's and show at at 11 to unpack and take a lunch break. These guys are straight forward, you get a real detailed contract that clearly states costs and when the payments are due. They are also a company that you can trust and this is hard to find. When you pay your invoice you know they will be there to fulfill it and not just take your money and run! We are proud to be supporting this crew and I wouldn't be afraid to use this guys on any project big or small.

When purchasing our house over a year ago. We did so knowing we wanted to remodel. We knew the key to a successful remodel was to find a contractor who understood the scope of our undertaking and was committed to the schedule. There are many contractors out there. After reviewing on-line feedback and interviewing contractors, we selected Eli and Udi @ Pure builders as our general contractor. Pure builders built was the best for us because they worked with us. Very detailed and meticulous plans for every room in the house we detailed. The planning took some time (mostly since we change our minds many times) yet it was the best investment would have made in this project. We had a whole house remodel (4 bedrooms, kitchen, 3- baths, craft room and living room done in 12-weeks... from demo to moving back-in. As with every remodel issues arise. Together we dealt with those issues openly and honestly. Prior to moving back in, we identified a punch-list of items that were addressed in a timely manner after we moved in. We feel fortunate to have selected Eli and his team as they worked hard to meet and exceed customer expectations. Eli played an important role in helping us understand what to expect, potential obstacles and costs. This allowed my wife and I to prioritize work needed based on our budget. Being a General Contractor is tough. There are so many unknowns when planning and estimating the project. My husband and I called 4 companies for estimates. We needed to completely remodel our 2 story guest house. This was not a small project so we really wanted to take our time with selecting the right contractor. After meeting with all of them it was clear, Pure Builders are ahead of their competitors, with competitive pricing and vast knowledge Eli and Udi showed my husband and I what we really wanted in their design and service. Due to an illegal structure in our backyard built by the previous owner we had issues getting the permits approved, however Udi had a great solution/result which allowed the city to give us a green light to start. We had just completed a remodel of our house in Brentwood area with Eli Kaspi of Pure Builders and thought we should write a quick review. While a big renovation project is stressful - working with Eli, Udi and their team was great. We hired Pure Builders to completely remodel our house.
 Planning started in mid-February and construction started the beginning of March. Since we didn’t live in the house we had lots of workers working around each other to save time.
We removed a wall in the kitchen, installed an island, replaced all the windows, installed new hardwood flooring.


Pure Builders is the best company you can ask for. We added a master bedroom, bathroom and a closet. Construction took 4 months and the result is stunning. We are very impressed with the quality of work. I got all the closet space I need, a big bathroom with free standing tub and s big shower. We wanted to remodel our small kitchen and somehow make it larger. I had several builders bid the job, but only one stood out as the most knowledgeable, Eli from Pure Builders. He gave me a reasonable quote for the huge amount of work. As soon as the building inspectors gave us the go ahead, the demo got started promptly. At this time Adam, also from Pure Builders, took over the project. Communication with Adam throughout the entire project was excellent. The crew showed up promptly and walls and cabinets came down quickly, a new wall was created 4 feet towards the garage. The soffit in the kitchen was removed to match the adjacent room's ceiling hight. This gave the entire area a much larger look. The crew working for Pure was a delight to work with, but above all, they listened to my requests and always did the job to my satisfaction. We are now enjoying our beautiful kitchen, thanks to Pure Builders for making it all possible. This is a "Class Act" operation, I highly recommend.

We live in a different state and looked for a contractor with the resources to help us with our CA home remodel. Pure builders had all that we needed to plan and execute our remodel. My boys had grown up and the jack and Jill bathroom that we had was not working well for us anymore. Our kitchen needs to be updated as well. I moved into a new house a few months ago. It’s a really nice house, but the master bedroom was pretty small. It was barely bigger than the rest of the rooms. There just wasn’t enough space in there for two adults and all of their belongings. Pure Builders Inc added an addition to my brother’s house in the past, so I figured that they could do the same for me. Adding the extra space did not take nearly as long as I thought it would. The new walls were up and painted in no time. They did a great job.

As much as I knew that my kitchen needed some serious TLC, I was worried about inviting strangers in to my home to tear it apart. It is a gorgeous house, though, and it deserves to be taken care off.
