Riemer Contracting llc

I hired Riemer Construction for a job last fall and paid a deposit to secure the agreement. Unfortunately, through no fault on Riemer’s part, the project got delayed. A few months later, the project was back on. I reached out to Riemer, but they were no longer available to do the work. No problem, these things happen. I asked for my deposit money back. He didn’t have it! Subsequently, I have been willing to provide additional work to Riemer so that he could work off the debt. He and his team came and did a day and a half of work. Nowhere near the total amount owed. I’ve been trying to schedule additional days, but Riemer and team have been cancelling over and over. Update - We've come to a fair and amicable resolution. I appreciate Danny's willingness to resolve the matter appropriately. He's owned his mistake, which goes a long way in my opinion. Further Update - Although we came to resolution about a year ago, Reimer did not make good on hs part of the agreement. Owning one's mistakes with words but not action is insufficient. Danny Riemer knows his stuff and is easy to work with and very accomodating. The project went well and I'm very happy with the work. We had a few scheduling snafus, but all things considered I'm quite pleased.

I am very pleased with Riemer Contracting. Although the work in not yet completed they are well within the timeline, and the work so far has been excellent. I would highly recommend them.
