Rodrozen Design + Build is a highly skilled and creative design firm who not only can assist clients on designing their desired home space, but they also get the job done in a timely and efficient manner. We are truly honoured they have used our mirrored cabinets at SIDLER® International on a number of their bathroom renovation and remodel projects. They work closely with their clients in their home renovation and remodel projects to come up with creative concepts and functional designs to help them achieve their 'dream' home space.

The talented team at Rodrozen, lead by the indomitable Derick, have helped us realize our dream renovation! The final outcome is an outstanding showcase of Rodrozen design and build expertise. We embarked on the project inspired by Derick’s imaginative and innovative aesthetic sense and his willingness to collaborate with us every step of the way. From storage solutions to room partitions, we worked together to achieve an amazing outcome. We were especially pleased with Derick’s illuminating insights (yes, he loves lighting) and artistic approach to functionality with flair and practicality with panache. The journey was not without challenges, however, as there were supply issues, timing adjustments and other inconveniences mostly resulting from the Covid-19 pandemonium. Derick’s team worked diligently under the circumstances to calm most concerns and deliver on promises. Our advice to anyone contemplating renovations is to take into account all conceivable contingencies when plotting the timeline. Allow yourself ample breathing room and set realistic deadlines. Such considerations should be part and parcel of any extensive renovation project. Ultimately, we are delighted with our distinctive new digs and take great pride in showing off Rodrozen’s creative accomplishment in our awesome and rejuvenating renovation!

I have worked with Rodrozen Designs twice now for good reason. The experience of recreating and transforming a space with the expert guidance of Derick, a gifted designer, was inspirational and life changing. Derick can look at a space and immediately know how to make a project come alive, always with the guidance of the client’s taste. The process is exciting and life altering. My condo received a Georgie award; it was renovated on time, and within the budget discussed. I can’t recommend this company enough.

Respectful. Responsive. Rodrozen There is no better reference than a repeat customer! Used Rodrozen design for the second time within a five-year period. For each of the remodels, the process was precise and effective. Derrick is a creative genius and Steve along with his team of Michelle and Ciara put together a detailed budget helping me make informed, intelligent decisions to reconcile the vision with the budget. Both remodels were “down-to-the-stud” projects. Appliances, Bathrooms, closets, floors, and kitchen; everything was reimagined, reconfigured, and executed to plan. Derrick and his team presented a visually compelling design that was both very appealing as well as functional. The Rodrozen team has a firm grasp on form following function. The first condo was sold at a 50% premium price per square foot compared to any other unit in the building (prior or post). Even the person who purchased my condo made sure that he used the Rodrozen name in his marketing materials when he had to sell it and garnered the higher price/sq ft. No other unit in the building has been able to command that price point - ever! It’s not just the satisfaction of living in a high-end, luxury, refined home, it’s a guarantee of an incredible value and return on your investment. I will work with this team again in a heartbeat!

We worked with Derick and his team on a total redesign of our condo including opening the kitchen, creating a new den, total redesign of the baths and bedrooms. Working with Derick was a total pleasure - he listens, offers great design suggestions, overcomes surprises (when we opened walls) with flair. He delivered the entire project from design, through demolition and full construction, all the way to the furniture, placing of the pictures and the flowers and chocolates at the end. All this was done on schedule and on agreed budget and in the best spirit of cooperation.
