As a highly skilled craftsman, it definitely gives me an edge when it comes to working with clients throughout all the stages of remodeling, as well as new home construction and design. Hired Chad to do a major home remodel and addition. Went from dated 1951 single level home to a 2-story home. All new window/siding along with addition. Chad was our one point-person...was a great communicator. Dealt with estimates/vendors/permits and payments. Gave us a ton of great ideas along the way to improve parts of home that weren't part of original plan- made adjustments without killing us on increased costs. Entire remodel was close to $200K (a bargain considering scope of project) back in 2010. Six years later and home is sound- wife and I have recommend Chad a number of times since. Has since come back to home for additional work- adding a pergola for back patio area (which is awesome) along with front porch railing and decorative post. Chad is honest- fact. Will continue to recommend Chad- and be available for additional testimony for anyone who wishes to see pictures or chat.
