Therese DuBravac Design Build Remodeling

As a graduate architect, I am glad I contacted Therese to do a number of projects around my house this past year. She had designed my kitchen in years past, so I knew what a treat it is to work with her. In these more recent projects, we added a solar array and battery wall, replaced the roof, designed and installed an additional cabinet to match the existing kitchen cabinetry, and made impressive updates on a screened porch to make it more functional and attractive, among other improvements. I also like that she does not try to do cookie cutter responses to the design program. Therese is knowledgable and works with top notch trades people to get the job done right. She is responsive to my concerns and is very attentive to detail. Her fees and the cost of my projects were substantially more reasonable than when I have used another premium contractor in the past. I'm a little 'house poor' right now, but I'm already dreaming with Therese about some future projects.
