Kay and I would like to thank Thierfelder Builders for making our experience a pleasurable one. The thought of building a new home and the unknown challenges, decisions and choices required are enough to keep the strong awake at night. Most of our concerns and fears were addressed and answered during the initial meeting with Thierfelder Builders. Upon arriving, we were given a comprehensive outline of the building process including dates and deadlines. Thierfelder Builders walked us through the entire process step by step answering any questions or concerns we may have had, by the end of our first meeting we had a good understanding of what to expect. Thierfelder's professional knowledge, experience and flexible attitude was amazing, we felt very comfortable expressing our views and asking questions thorough out the entire process. They kept us informed of all scheduled work and cost variations, plus & minus, in a timely manner, met with us on nights and weekends to discus any and all changes or revisions we desired. Thierfelder was always eager to offer suggestions and or ideas that would achieve our goals and reduce cost at the same time. How many builders are willing to do that! In the end we were the proud owners a beautifully built quality home that was completed early and on budget. We recommend Thierfelder Builders to anyone looking for a quality builder who will show as much interest and take as much care, in your home, as you.

My husband and I built our home with Thierfelder Builders, and it was a great experience! We worked with the Thierfelders from concept to completion (sketching our home on a piece of paper all the way through to the final walk through). Their attention to detail, customer service, and experience in the home building industry speaks to their professionalism and great reputation. Even after our family has moved into our home, and a final walk through has been completed, they still respond to any potential concern or question we have and address the concern or question immediately. The contractors that the Thierfelders use are also timely and experts in their craft. Were we to build again we would, without a doubt, work with the Thierfelders.

The Thierfelders are professional, dedicated and thorough. From the beginning conceptual ideas through the completion of our home and now even after our home is completed they continue to provide excellent customer service. During the build they were available via email or in person whenever we had a quick question or needed a more detailed discussion. They were very flexible with meetings, always brought new ideas to the project and worked with very skilled people who actually built our home. Their kindness and positive attitude continues to impress us! We love our home and hope to work with the Thierfelders again!

The decision to build our home with Thierfelder Builders was an easy one as not only were they recommended to us, but their well respected reputation preceded them in our community. We did, however, meet with other builders. After several conversations, we felt comfortable selecting Bob and Sue. We discovered they would build a solid home by not cutting corners and inflating costs, but also their integrity made it an easy and right choice. From designing to a multitude of significant and insignificant decisions, every question was timely answered and explained by either Bob or Sue. The contractors were professional, respectful and precise in their craft. Were we to build again we would select Thierfelder Builders.

I write this letter in recommendation of Thierfelder Builders as general contractor in the building of our new home in 2012. My wife and I had a good idea of what we wanted in our home and other contractors seemed to offer little more than variations of common plans. Bob and Sue Thierfelder listened to what we were looking for and together we came up with a blueprint of exactly what we wanted. We sold our existing home in Cedarburg and decided to live in Florida during the construction of our new home. Before leaving for Florida we chose the siding, roofing, etc... for the new home. We left for Florida in December and construction started on our new home in February. We were somewhat concerned about being in Florida during construction, but Sue and Bob's innovative use of the internet kept us visually apprised of the progress. Bob and Sue's ability to coordinate and time the use of their sub contractors kept our project on time and on budget. We never heard excuses as to why something wasn't being done, but rather "It will be taken care of". From the use of materials to the placement of windows, to take advantage of the views Bob and Sue's suggestions made for turning our house plans into a true dream home for us. When we got back from Florida in August and saw our almost completed home we were speechless. The Thierfelders professional experience and education in home construction really showed throughout the process making our dream home exceed even our high expectations. We would recommend Thierfelder Builders for any new home construction and look forward to many years to come in our home.

My wife and I wanted a ranch home with a touch of southwestern architecture. The home needed a combination of stone, wood, color and natural light. After reviewing a few local builders, we decided on building with Bob and Sue. Their concern to detail and quality was evident with every meeting we had. The result was a home which had everything that we wanted. Our great room and kitchen to say the least is breath taking with a 16' of Chilton stone fireplace, massive Douglas fir beams and Cherry kitchen cabinets with South American granite. They personally walked us through every step of construction process and made the build an enjoyable experience. When we decide on our next home, we can eliminate the process of reviewing builders, we will build with Bob and Sue.
